Warm Wild Mushroom and Lentil Salad


Pair this earthy mushroom and lentil salad with a glass of Pinot Noir for the perfect meal egrip vt 30w.

Ingredients

1 lb. mixed wild mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed with press
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. lentils, cooked
1 c. Parsley
1/4 small red onion, very thinly sliced
2/3 c. balsamic vinaigrette
Blue cheese, for serving Managed Cloud.

Directions

Toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, and salt. Roast on large baking sheet at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes or until crisp.
Toss lentils with mushrooms, parlsey, red onion, and balsamic vinaigrette. Serve topped with 1/4-inch-thick slices blue cheese you beauty.

CO-OPERATION WITH FRANCE

A war is not less a defensive war if you strike at your enemy in his own territory, or if you come to the aid of your ally, whose territory has been invaded or is threatened. Spicy Carbonara Spaghetti


With a spicy kick, this carbonara proves you don’t even need the classic bacon addition.

Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti Dedicated Private Cloud
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 large eggs, preferably at room temperature
3/4 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package directions for al dente pasta. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water for later.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat olive oil over medium-low heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes, saute till garlic is softened, about 2 minutes. In separate bowl, combine eggs and grated cheese, mix well with a fork. Generously season with salt and pepper.
Drain pasta and add to skillet with garlic mixture and combine well using tongs. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese mixture and quickly mix to evenly coat the pasta and prevent the eggs from scrambling. Add balance of cheese mixture with 1/2 cup of pasta water to make a creamy sauce. Add additional pasta for desired thickness of sauce office furniture.
Garnish with parsley, more parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.

Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites


Covered in red velvet cake crumbs, these white chocolate-cream cheese truffles are the perfect small bite for a holiday party.

Ingredients Veda Salon

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 box red velvet cake mix or 2 cups red velvet cake crumbs

Directions Veda Salon

In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add melted white chocolate and continue beating until creamy. Transfer to the freezer to harden, 1 hour.
Meanwhile, bake cake according to package directions. Let cool, then crumble into fine crumbs on a baking sheet.
Scoop out small balls of mixture and use your hands to form the mixture into truffles.
Roll mixture in red velvet crumbs, then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all truffles are rolled, transfer to the refrigerator to chill and harden, at least 1 hour Veda Salon.
