羅智強因「反惡罷」無力支付參選高額費用，陳長文解燃眉之急

羅智強在社群平台貼文表示，參選國民黨主席，需交出1,320萬元。其中，320萬元是登記與作業費，1000萬元則是保證金。他要謝謝陳長文老師，陳長文在他最需要的時候，借他1000萬元，解了他的燃眉之急。

羅智強說，823第二波大罷免之前，他從未想過要參選國民黨主席，但在台中市長盧秀燕宣布不參選、國民黨主席朱立倫決定交棒之後，年輕一代的民代兄弟姐妹們不斷勸進，他才下定決心參選，展現「世代承擔」的新氣象。

羅智強說，坦白說，當他宣布參選時，他真的沒有想到參選主席「這麼貴」。才剛打完惡罷之戰，財務壓力已經非常沉重。更何況，他把「反惡罷」的書款收入，捐出了1,200萬元，去支援受難的同志夥伴。一時之間，這筆1320萬元，不知如何籌措。

羅智強說，最後，他只能厚著臉皮去找恩師陳長文，請老師先借他1000萬元的保證金。老師沒有絲毫猶豫，就對他說：“沒問題，我來籌錢！但你要答應我一件事——你一定要選上國民黨黨主席！一定要選上！國民黨需要青壯代的你來改造！我相信你，你是最適合的人選！”

羅智強說，12日，他與老師約在台北孫中山紀念館的孫中山銅像前。老師親手把1000萬元的銀行支票，交到他手上。「謝謝老師！我一定努力，贏得國民黨黨主席的勝利！改造國民黨，下架賴清德！」羅智強表示，自己更要謝謝一路支持他的朋友與同志以及老師給他的信任，他不會辜負任何一個人的期待，一定帶領國民黨浴火重生，為台灣社會開創新的希望！
