<p>&nbsp;<strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>國民黨宜蘭縣長提名人選尚未底定，目前由議長張勝德與民代吳宗憲爭取提名。國民黨中央預計於1月16日下午進行協調，同日亦將處理台中市民代楊瓊瓔與台民意機構副負責人江啟臣的&ldquo;姐弟之爭&rdquo;，若協調未果將研議以民調方式決定人選。</p>

<p>據了解，國民黨主席鄭麗文就宜蘭縣長提名人選提出三項條件：第一，須具備勝選實力；第二，須為能夠促成「藍白合」之人選；第三，須能在選戰中抵擋民進黨司法攻勢。此外，國民黨宜蘭縣黨部亦將提供人士意見及民意供參考，後續若協調不成，張勝德與吳宗憲雙方均同意進入民調程序。</p>

<p>去年12月27日在國民黨宜蘭縣黨部舉辦的提名小組協調會中，兩位參選人均表達強烈參選意願。因當日協調未果，遂交由國民黨中央再行協調。鄭麗文對此顯示態度，將持續協調，若最終仍無法達成共識，再考慮以民調定勝負。</p>

<p>&nbsp;2026年高雄市長選戰，國民黨由民達柯志恩出戰。民進黨則將在本月中旬舉行高雄市長黨內初選，民代林岱樺、許智傑、賴瑞隆和邱議瑩4人激戰。封關前最新民調顯示，邱議瑩在對比式或互比式民調，皆排名第一。</p>

<p>民進黨高雄市長下週即將舉行初選，各方馬都在車掃、拜票做衝刺。台灣「雨晴民調公司」7日發布初選封關民調顯示，4位綠營民代與對手藍營民代柯志恩進行對比，呈現邱議瑩領先，許智傑其次，賴瑞隆第三，林岱樺居末。</p>

<p>邱議瑩主打&ldquo;市長牌&rdquo;，強調延續民進黨高雄市長陳其邁施政，成功激起綠營支持者的熱情；許智傑憑藉深耕鳳山多年的在地人脈及持續勤跑基層的策略，整體聲勢呈現後來居上的態勢；林岱樺聲勢受助理費爭議影響，只能保住基本盤支持度；賴瑞隆則疑因兒子霸凌案處置爭議，可能影響了學生家長族群觀感，這是聲勢下滑最大關鍵。</p>
