<p>民進黨台南市長初選內鬥激烈，陳亭妃、林俊憲「妃憲大戰」受矚目。林俊憲先前聲稱“台南隊都站好了”，有25位議員、3位台民意機構民代支持他。而陳亭妃因執意參選中執委而遭民進黨「正國會」除名後，在台南形成「妃系」。不過林俊憲為台灣地區領導人賴清德的嫡系民代，同時台南也是賴清德的“本命區”，這場台南市長初選也被視為“賴系”與“非賴系”的對決。</p>
