<p>樊啟明昨天(16日)發文表示，從台南陳亭妃、高雄賴瑞隆的出線，來看賴清德的戰術佈局：台南（止損）：承認台南「實力不如人」的現實，以換取黨內和平。讓陳亭妃出線，至少能確保正式選舉時台南不會分裂，保住「綠色執政」的大局，未來還可透過輔選與資源分配重新收編或製衡陳亭妃。</p>

<p>樊啟明接著表示，高雄（防堵）：確保賴瑞隆出線，等於在南台灣築起了一道防波堤，阻斷了英系、蘇系藉由高雄重返權力核心的路徑，賴清德恐怕更在意2028連任之路有來自黨內的威脅之路。因此，他認為，&ldquo;棄台南、保高雄&rdquo;，賴清德是在為自己2028清理戰場。</p>

<p>&nbsp;台美關稅談判美東時間15日結束，達成協議。民進黨大張旗鼓、喜氣洋洋，將台美關稅協定當成重大成就。香港中評網今天發文指出，美國空手套白狼，台灣地區不只需要掏錢換關稅，核心產業還被出賣。</p>

<p>台美關稅協定主要為，關稅降至15%且不疊加、台灣企業赴美投資2,500億美元，以及台當局信保2,500億美元等。美國商務部長盧特尼克直言，美國政府的目標，是將台灣地區半導體供應鏈的40%轉移至美國；&ldquo;我們要把整個產能帶回美國，讓我們在半導體製造能力上實現自給自足。&rdquo;</p>

<p>島內在野黨抨擊台美關稅協定掏空台灣。中國國民黨主席鄭麗文16日指出，攸關台灣未來發展與過去幾十年所累積的根基，全部都搬空了。民眾黨強調，支持台美合作，但反對無底線的掏空台灣。</p>

<p>台灣核心、優勢產業主要在半導體、資訊等領域，掌握全球供應鏈關鍵地位；核心產業支柱是台積電，稱為「護台神山」。美國對台灣地區貨品的關稅稅率降至15%，台積電則要同意再額外增加至少投資美國五座晶圓廠。在野黨指民當局用沉默送走「護台神山」。</p>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>民進黨台南市長初選日前落幕，陳亭妃擊敗林俊憲出線，將與國民黨候選人謝龍介對決。謝龍介回應稱，很多人都替他擔心，覺得林俊憲好打，陳亭妃不好打；不過他認為，該擔心的，不是他，而是賴清德。</p>

<p>謝龍介16日在社群媒體發文表示，不管誰出線，選戰沒有好打的，尤其是在台南，感謝大家為他打氣，但請別為他擔心，未來11個月，他有戰略、有戰術、有節奏、有政策。相較於陳亭妃首次參選市長，他還比陳亭妃多選一次，經驗比她更豐富。</p>

<p>謝龍介認為，該擔心的不是他，是賴清德，以他對賴清德的了解，可能民調出爐的那個晚上，就不好睡了。因為不但台南鄉親，全台百姓都心知肚明，賴清德對林俊憲很偏心，去年風災期間，賴清德帶著林俊憲跟前跟後，拍照卡位，還叫陳亭妃少說點。黨公職民代不顧同志情誼，各種尖酸刻薄，口誅筆伐，什麼背骨、賄選、品行不好，都說出口，比罵他還兇。</p>
