<p>徐巧芯在臉書發文表示，黃捷去年說因為民意機構通過“核管法”，所以要罷免她，結果“大罷免”大失敗，黃捷的發言被選民用行動證明“不過是無人理睬的廢話”。而今賴清德突然要重啟核能的說法出爐後，黃捷不好好反思自己過去的主張，又繼續胡言說“看誰要重啟核能，徐巧芯很支持，他們縣市要不要放核廢料。”</p>
<p>徐巧芯反問道，「誰要重啟核能？是賴清德。誰很支持？賴清德。」台灣各縣市要不要放核廢料？黃捷應該去問賴清德。徐巧芯強調，自己確實很支持核能，一直支持，以科學的角度視之，它穩定、便宜、乾淨，更能夠守護台灣以及對發展經濟有益。</p>
