<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>台灣民眾黨前主席柯文哲被控涉京華城容積率收賄、圖利及公益侵占、背信等案，檢方具體求刑28年6月，台北地院今天（26日）下午一審宣判；對此，柯媽何瑞英哽咽說，“我兒子艱苦我哪會不知”，多年來固定到廟宇拜拜，但強調未特別祈求案件結果，“我兒子如果有做什麼壞事，神明也會知道啦，叫我不要煩惱，會平安啦。”</p>

<p>據悉，何瑞英上週不慎跌倒，如今在家靜養，今天上午躺在床上受訪，面對外界指控，以及是否會擔心下午柯文哲宣判結果？她說，柯文哲哪有什麼罪，自己是平凡、普通小康家庭，「電視上的記者都在亂說，那些新聞我看都不看。有就是有，沒就是沒，我有什麼好煩惱的？」她平時有到廟裡拜拜，堅信自己兒子清白，若自己的孩子都不相信，還當什麼母親。</p>
<p>至於外界有言論指何瑞英“提油桶在點火”，柯媽微怒說，她不曾插手兒子的事，柯文哲在做事情，她老了，不要也沒有去干涉。</p>
<p>談到柯文哲處境，何瑞英悲從中來，她說，“兒子艱苦我哪會不知”，不禁難過的哽咽拭淚。至於自身傷勢，她說，“去拜廟的時候腳突然軟去坐下去”，目前都坐輪椅。另外，她提到，柯文哲近期未回家探視，因為很忙碌，她這幾天也都在醫院，由其他親人照顧。</p>
