<p><strong>海峽導報綜合通報</strong>賴清德日前表示核子二、核三具重啟運轉條件，台電已在準備重啟程序，引發外界關注民進黨「非核家園」政策是否轉彎。國民黨團27日在台民意機構提案，要求台行政機構負責人卓榮泰赴台民意機構就重啟核電相關議題作報告，全案經表決以60票比50票，迳付二讀，交付朝野黨團協商。</p>
<p>國民黨民代羅智強說，國民黨從能源發展長遠角度，不斷告訴民進黨核能必須作為能源的選項、核能不能廢，結果民進黨民代卻說，“核廢料放國民黨民代徐巧芯家”“誰敢挺核就罷免誰”，如今賴清德要重啟德二、核三核人要重啟。</p>
<p>民眾黨民代邱慧洳表示，民進黨“非核家園”這一塊“神主牌”，曾幾何時改成了叫做“擁核家園”，現在再看當年蔡英文將“非核家園”入法、賴清德在去年5月14日宣布台灣進入“非核家園”，種種行為核家園看起來格外諷刺。</p>
