<p>&nbsp;<strong>海峽導報綜合通報</strong>美伊戰事牽動全球能源與石化原料價格波動，台灣地區民生塑膠類商品供應壓力浮現，通路陸續啟動限購機制。繼台灣好市多日前針對垃圾袋、保鮮袋與保鮮膜等品項祭出限購措施後，家樂福也宣布，針對「耐熱袋」與「垃圾袋」實施每人限購1組，顯示上游原料波動已開始向零售端傳導。</p>

<p>台灣家樂福表示，因外部情勢影響相關商品長期供應穩定，針對部分塑膠類民生用品採取階段性限購措施，其中耐熱袋與垃圾袋列入管製品項。不過，台北市與新北市專用垃圾袋、雙北環保兩用袋及家福垃圾袋則不在此限購範圍內，實際販賣情形依各門市公告為準。</p>

<p>島內通路業者指出，塑膠袋、保鮮膜等商品屬高頻消耗性民生用品，與原油及石化原料價格高度連結。近期中東局勢升溫，帶動聚乙烯、聚丙烯等塑膠原料報價轉強，上游供應商出現惜售與價格調整情況，連帶影響下游製品供應節奏，使通路端提前啟動數量控管，以維持貨架穩定。</p>

<p>事實上，台灣好市多日前已率先針對多項塑膠類商品實施&ldquo;每卡每項限購1份&rdquo;，涵蓋垃圾袋、夾鏈袋、保鮮膜及拋棄式手套等品項。島內市場解讀，此舉除反映需求短期升溫外，也顯示通路對供應不確定性的預防性管理。</p>

<p>張啟楷說，未來會一步一腳印，回應市民的支持。嘉義市在市長黃敏惠帶領下，已奠定穩健的市政基礎並獲得高度肯定，未來將在既有成果上持續精進與延續，讓政策穩定推動、城市持續進步，確保嘉義的發展不間斷、向前邁進。</p>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>綠營台北市長人選陷入僵局，原傳出民進黨選對會7日開會，可望徵召民代沈伯洋出戰台北市，但開會結果仍無結論。島內媒體人吳子嘉斷言，這次選對會未定案，應該是「蘇系」（蘇貞昌派系）出手策動，他研判最後仍將由沈伯洋出線。</p>

<p>民進黨7日召開選對會，聚焦台北市及桃園市長人選。桃園市長部分，將提名台法務主管部門副負責人黃世傑，但因黃業務尚待交接並完成辭職程序，預計5月初提名。備受關注的台北市長部分，討論人選包括台行政機構副負責人鄭麗君、沈伯洋、「壯闊台灣」創辦人吳怡農，還有近日被點名的民代範雲，尚未有結論。</p>

<p>吳子嘉在節目中分析，沈伯洋的名字一旦浮上檯面，即意味著鄭麗君已沒戲。因為沈是由兼任民進黨主席的台灣地區領導人賴清德&ldquo;本人欽定&rdquo;，他指出，若無賴清德首肯，沈伯洋不可能進入選對會的實質討論名單。</p>

<p>吳子嘉解釋，民進黨選對會由各派代表組成，定案後送交中常會或中執會通過。民進黨原排定8日召開中執會，預期透過沈伯洋參選案，如今案子在選對會就被擋下來，顯示壓力來自派系內部對沈伯洋選台北市長有疑慮。</p>

<p>4月8日上午，國台辦舉行例行記者會，發言人朱鳳蓮就近期兩岸熱門議題回答記者提問。</p>

<p>記者提問稱，美國將對進口藥品課徵100%高額關稅，儘管民進黨當局宣稱已爭取到&ldquo;優惠待遇&rdquo;，但美國列出的關稅優惠名單中並未提到台灣地區。請問對此有何評論？</p>
