<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>賴清德上台至今，朝野衝突愈演愈烈。台北市長蔣萬安12日直言，目前朝野互動陷入僵局，不是人民之福，所以身為台灣地區領導人，也是執政黨主席，賴要能夠和在野黨領袖好好談。</p>

<p>蔣萬安指出，陳水扁任內朝小野大，但願意與時任中國國民黨主席連戰、親民黨主席宋楚瑜會面。而賴清德主政期間歷經“大罷免”導致對立朝野關係激化，台行政機構負責人卓榮泰更在去年12月15日宣布不副署民意機構通過的“財劃法”，導致“憲政”僵局未解。</p>
<p>蔣萬安說，陳水扁當初啟用藍營的唐飛擔任“閣揆”，也跟在野黨領袖見面，其實都有前例。 “在目前朝野對立如此尖銳的時候，應要能夠好好坐下來溝通和對話。”</p>
