<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>台灣中天主播馬德（本名林宸佑）今天（17日）傳出因涉犯所謂「國安法」遭法院裁定羈押禁見。對此，台灣民眾黨團主任陳智菡在臉書發文聲援，“一位新聞記者，手上能掌握什麼機密？”</p>

<p>高雄橋頭地檢署表示，偵辦某電視台主播記者涉犯「國安法」等案件，聲請羈押禁見林姓記者及現退役軍人5人獲準，橋頭地檢署陳竹君主任檢察官、週韋志檢察官指揮「調查局」桃園市調查處、高雄黨調查處、高雄務部門軍事安全總隊「憲兵隊」，偵辦現退伍軍人違反「國安法」「貪污治罪條例」及「刑法」洩密等案件，於1月16日執行搜索某電視台記者1人及現退役軍人9人，經週韋志檢察官訊畢，聲請羈押記者林男及現退役軍人5人，橋頭地方法院裁定全部羈押。</p>
<p>中天電視台則發表聲明，公司對案情毫無所悉，無可回應。 “希望司法公正審理，天佑台灣，至於外傳中天遭搜索，並非事實，各界切勿傳播假訊息。”</p>
