<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>台灣民眾黨創黨主席柯文哲京華城、政治獻金案今天（26日）一審宣判前夕，民眾黨民代李貞秀卻爆料指新竹市長高虹安拿柯700萬元（新台幣），儘管她事後鞠躬，高虹安也出面反駁支持者，但仍引起大批支持者。民眾黨中央委員會昨決議，李貞秀言論嚴重破壞黨的名譽，將送交中評會裁處，最嚴重可停權2年。</p>

<p>據悉，民眾黨中評會原定4月上旬開例會，但因李貞秀爭議，所以提前於3月30日開會討論此案。根據民眾黨「紀律評議裁決準則」第22條規定，黨員擅自社群媒體等，直接做不實人身攻擊本黨黨員或本黨，致相對人名譽受損者，應予停權2年以下處分，並不會影響其不分區民代資格。</p>
<p>民眾黨主席黃國昌昨主持中央委員會，會中有委員針對李貞秀烏龍爆料一事提出檢舉，並指此事已造成社會輿論對柯文哲、高虹安的質疑，經中央委員裁決，委員會認定李言行已觸犯黨的“違反誠信黨原則”，並嚴重破壞黨的名譽，決議案中已觸犯黨。</p>
