<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合通報</strong>台灣民眾黨前主席柯文哲今天（31日）陪民眾黨嘉義市長參選人張啟楷掃街拜票，受訪時針對京華城案庭審畫面公開一事稱，民眾黨在媒體上是絕對弱勢，庭審畫面公開至少讓外界有機會知道事實真相。</p>

<p>柯文哲針對京華城案庭審畫面公開一事表示，民眾黨在媒體上處於弱勢，希望透過公開透明的方式讓社會評判。他認為，法庭辯論是還原真相的機會，但時間過長，公眾難以全程了解，最終可能淪為“剪輯比賽”，公開視頻畫面至少能讓追求真相者有機會了解事實。</p>
<p>針對背信案二審確定及其他案件調查，柯文哲表示，“最重要是沒有任何錢到我私人口袋”，並稱相關調查已達“抄家滅族” 程度，但未查出問題。他認為，此舉可能導致台灣民眾對司法不信任，產生嚴重後遺症。</p>
