<p>國民黨基隆市黨發言人林祐德日前指出，將誠公司自2013年至2021年間，違反「水污染防治法」「廢棄物清理法」及「空氣污染防制法」等規定共十次，其中2013年裁罰十萬元最高。這家公司長期將未經處理的污水排入基隆河，但市府未重罰，質疑背後有政治撐腰。並指民進黨政客張秉鈞透過其父張錦煌在2023年收受將誠公司負責人100萬元現金，引起外界質疑，業者與政治人物之間不當金流。</p>
<p>張秉鈞則辯稱，該公司遊姓負責人與其父是朋友，因患癌症，專心養病，將公司交由他人經營，未參與公司事務，並於去年初過世。將誠過去違規事項，市府都有開罰，絕無任何關說或不法行為。</p>
