<p>顏慧欣是台財政部門前負責人顏慶章之女，美國威斯康辛大學法學碩士、博士，回台後短暫在台北大學擔任教職後，於2013年任職台「中華經濟研究院」WTO及RTA中心；2024年起擔任台當局「美國事務委員會」主任委員，並兼任副總談判。</p>

<p>「鋒燦傳媒」繼2月上旬、下旬分別公佈2次「2026新竹縣長初選民調」後，24日再次公佈上週完成的第3波民調。在政黨對比中，陳見賢以47.2%支持度碾壓民進黨可能人選、竹北市長鄭朝方的32.8%，差距14.4個百分點；徐欣瑩同樣以46.6%支持度大幅領先鄭朝方的30.9%，差距15.7個百分點。陳見賢、徐欣瑩2人難分軒軒。在黨內互比部分，陳見賢則以37.3%支持度微幅領先徐欣瑩的34.7%，同樣在伯仲之間。</p>

<p>民調結果也顯示，在政黨傾向交叉分析方面，泛藍選民在黨內互比題型中仍有過半數（50%）支持陳見賢，徐欣瑩反倒獲得過半（52.7%）&ldquo;小草&rdquo;（民眾黨支持者）青睞。政黨比較部分，陳見賢（75.3%）獲得的藍營選民支持度仍遠高於徐欣瑩（60.6%）近15個百分點。</p>

<p>國民黨台中市長人選將從3月25日到3月31日進行電話民調。楊瓊瓔今天展開車隊掃街，由市議員吳呈賢等人陪同，從潭子區出發，將行經北屯、南區，接著走太平、大里、霧峰、烏日，再前往大肚、龍井、沙鹿、梧棲、清水等行政區。</p>

<p>楊瓊瓔表示，在最後衝刺階段，她將全力以赴，昨天開始車掃已經先走4個行政區，今天會把剩下的行政區都走完。</p>

<p>楊瓊瓔說，有人說這是鐵人行程，但她本來就在基層服務走動。最近無論是走訪基層，或是昨天車隊掃街，民眾的揮手比贊讓她超感動，她會全力爭取市民肯定跟支持，「信心十足」。</p>

<p>高虹安24日稱，無論是外界傳聞中的500萬元，還是李貞秀所稱在民意機構內聽到的700萬元，均並非事實，她未曾收到過。高虹安稱民眾黨對她選舉的贊助是依法撥付的政治獻金，有匯款紀錄並如實申報，也經過監察機構查核，網上的公開紀錄可以查詢到。如有必要，她願意到法院作證並公開說明，至於未經查證、惡意誹謗的言論，希望放話者自重。</p>

<p>李貞秀24日回應表示要跟高虹安道歉，因為前一天晚上情緒激動，以及這段時間一直遭受打壓，導致情緒失控，將過去多次聽審以及很多報道的資訊混淆了，所以才會給出這麼一個數字。</p>

<p>李貞秀說，如果有機會遇到高虹安，自己會再親自再跟她道歉一次。李貞秀說她的初衷是想澄清，要讓台灣民眾知道，柯文哲所有對黨的募款從來都只用於黨務，沒有一分錢進到個人口袋。她在面對任何群體質疑時，都是這樣努力澄清的。但因為混淆資訊，給高虹安造成困擾，因此要再一次道歉。</p>

<p>柳採葳說，蘇巧慧用不反對新核能來回答這題，根本就是「竹篙鬥菜刀」（閩南語&zwnj;俗諺，用於比喻&zwnj;將毫不相干的事物強行拼湊或嫁接在一起&zwnj;，以達到某種目的，如掩蓋真相、轉移焦點）。更荒謬的是，翻開蘇巧慧的反核歷史，從2016年連署&ldquo;非核家園推動法&rdquo;、2025年核三延役&ldquo;公投&rdquo;更直接定調&ldquo;核電沒可能&rdquo;，從始至終態度明確。現在翻開蘇巧慧的個人網站，還能看到「非核家園」大大的標題。</p>

<p>柳採葳稱，甚至到去年6月，蘇巧慧擔任民進黨新北市黨部主委，邀請民進黨公職共同舉辦「顧咱台灣基層工作會議」時，仍在會中呼籲民眾拒絕重啟核三，「拒絕國民黨重啟核電的野心」。如今賴清德終於回歸現實，甦的反核立場大轉彎。</p>

<p>對此，陳見賢競選辦公室回應，基於維護國民黨形象及確保選舉公正，請求中央黨部對徐欣瑩採取最嚴厲的黨紀處分，包含徐欣瑩涉及嚴重賄選疑雲，建請考紀會即刻啟動調查，針對相關惡意抹黑已委請律師提告。</p>

<p>柯文哲22日出席竹北公益活動，與林碩彥、邱臣遠合體。京華城案即將在3月26日一審宣判，被問到是否擔心被判有罪？柯文哲則說，我們通常活在世界上不用回答假設性的題目，其實真的要思考的是，台灣的司法怎麼重建，信任度都不見了才是大問題。</p>

<p>至於是否看好竹北選情？柯文哲說，不管看好、不看好都要努力，這跟考試一樣。不管你多有把握，還是要準備。而林碩彥、邱臣遠兩人都是潛在人選，柯則說，這些都沒有問題，一樣凡事照流程走。</p>
