中國台灣網11月9日訊據中央氣像台消息，今年第26號颱風「鳳凰」（超強颱風級）預計在11月9日晚，將穿越呂宋島，並在10日中午左右進入南海中東部海域。預計11日清晨強度會再次增強，12日凌晨開始逐漸轉向東北，強度減弱，向台灣島西南部沿海靠近。

氣象預報顯示，9日20時至10日20時，東海南部、台灣海峽、巴士海峽、台灣以東海域及南海大部將出現6至8級陣風（陣風可達9-10級）。其中台灣海峽、巴士海峽、南海東北部及中東部、黃岩島、東沙群島附近海域風力較強，可達9-11級，陣風達12-13級，颱風中心附近海域將遭遇12-14級風力，陣風高達15-16級。

降雨方面，台灣島東部在上述時段內將出現大到暴雨，部分地區可能有100至170毫米的大暴雨。（編/李響）
