島內第二波罷免投票將於8月23日登場，面對已落幕的“7·26”罷免投票，民進黨前民代林濁水6日再提出最新分析，直指“無差別罷免是’大罷免’失敗的關鍵”，更點名台民意機構民進黨黨團總召銘銘從一開始就想消滅國民黨。

首波“大罷免”投票在7月26日落幕，24件民代罷免案全遭否決，形同“大罷免、大失敗”，緊接著的是8月23日的第二波罷免案。林濁水認為，無差別罷免是「大罷免」失敗的關鍵，其實不必等到開票，單看各家民調已經很清楚了。例如台灣「震傳媒」民調，從2025年5月，民眾對無差別罷免的態度、今年2月至4月對自己選區藍營民代罷免的態度，兩者進行對比就可很清楚。

林濁水續指，「大罷免」三個字並不是啟動罷免的罷團命名的，命名的人就是柯建銘。但是柯建銘命名之始，就一再強調“大罷免”是41席罷乾淨，是消滅國民黨，“那麼請問消滅乾淨是有差別罷免還是無差別罷免？”

根據台媒「中時新聞網」報道，美國宣布對台課徵20%的關稅。台立法機構中國國民黨黨團副書記長羅智強今天（5日）指出，談判不是未談先讓，但賴清德在美國與台灣地區談判前已先做四大讓步，賴清德所謂的「暫時性關稅」說法更是一場騙局。

羅智強說，經貿談判都有固定原則，不會不談先讓。他質疑，賴清德可能缺乏國際談判經驗，整個團隊甚至只顧“大罷免”，還沒上談判桌就先讓步。

羅智強指出，賴清德的四大讓步包括台積電赴美設廠、購買和投資阿拉斯加天然氣、匯率急升，以及承諾提高防務預算。美國總統川普在談判前就已收下這4項利益，後續自然只會要求更多，甚至認為台灣還有更多籌碼可讓。

羅智強痛批，賴清德口中的「暫時性關稅」根本不存在。 8月7日關稅實施後，20%就是既成事實，產業必須直接面對衝擊。

綜合台媒報道，美國總統川普昨（5日）受訪時聲稱，最快於本週對半導體產品出台新關稅政策，還稱台積電將在美國投資3000億美元，引起外界關注。

台經濟事務主管機關負責人郭智輝今日（6日）被媒體問及相關議題時脫口稱，「這是個假消息」。但聽到媒體追問“川普說的是假消息？”郭智輝又改口表示，“我不知誰講的，我沒有研究這個命題”，並要媒體詢問台積電，“這是台積電的問題”。

而台積電回應表示，目前美國投資計畫就是已宣布的1,650億美元。

針對此前若要美國降低“對等關稅”，需要台灣地區對美投資4000億美元一事，郭智輝強調，那個是假設，意思是若想從現在的20%的關稅，努力到15%，可能台灣要花的代價要這樣。

民眾黨前黨主席、台北市前市長柯文哲因京華城案、政治獻金案遭羈押禁見至今，6日是他的66歲生日。而他也為告鉺小平一事提訊，有「小草」發起活動，要從土城看守所到台北地方法院沿路唱生日快樂歌。至於柯文哲的妻子陳佩琪5日晚間已先在臉書發文，坦言今年不會向丈夫說生日快樂，要祝他「生日平安」。

半年前，民進黨民代林岱樺涉詐領助理費被台檢調帶回偵訊，如今又傳出有民進黨政治人物涉嫌詐領助理費遭聲押！桃園地檢署偵辦詐領議員助理費案又有新進展，8月4日，台「調查局」桃園市調查處兵分三路，前往大園區搜索綠營桃園市議員遊吾及住處及服務處，通知遊家父女及證人等13人到案，經檢方連夜訊問向法院聲押中。

桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃榮德說明，該署肅貪組檢察官黃榮加接獲檢舉，指遊吾及涉嫌自2014年起詐領助理費長達11年，昨天指揮「調查局」桃園市調查處，持法院核發搜索票，兵分三路搜索遊遊遊俠及住處及辦公處1000人辦公室及辦公室證人。

經檢察官連夜訊問後，因遊吾及涉嫌自2014年12月25日至2025年3月間擔任桃園市議員期間，與其女陸續分別虛報及浮報議員助理費，而認其遊家父女2人均涉「犯貪污治罪條例」第5條第1項第2款之公務員利用職務詐取財物等罪嫌，犯罪嫌疑重大，有勾串、滅證及逃亡之虞，於5日清晨向法院聲請羈押禁見。
