海峽導報綜合報道台灣第2波大罷免投票即將在本月23日舉行，民進黨主席賴清德日前喊出，要請民進黨中央黨部與各地黨公職，全力支援民團，一起走完最後一里路。

中天政論節目《大新聞大爆卦》今天（4日）在直播的同時，以「你覺得民進黨823會’再吞鴨蛋’全面大失敗嗎？」為題，發起即時意見調查。截至下午4點節目結束直播時，共有超過11,000名網友參與投票，其中95%的人認為會，5%認為不會。

 

8月23日共計有7位國民黨籍民代將面臨罷免投票，分別為：羅明才（新北市第11選區）、林思銘（新竹縣第2選區）、顏寬恆（台中市第2選區）、楊瓊瓔（台中市第3選區）、江南縣選區（台中市第2選區）、楊瓊瓔（台中市第3選區）、江南縣選區（台中市第812選區）。

對於726大罷免大失敗，島內知名知名作家楊照3日表示，有親綠媒體發獨家新聞稱，綠營高層事先樂觀評估是有11席會被罷免，因此當晚已經準備慶祝。這項情報樂觀到誇張的地步，完全錯估台灣民意。

楊照直言，民進黨執政基礎是人民給的，是依照民意的基礎施政，因此現在第一門功課就是要認識民意，要有機制了解民意。民進黨竟然誤判民意，真的是太嚴重的大問題。

8月1日，記者獲悉2025年7月28日，上海市第三中級人民法院對尊湃侵犯華為商業秘密案件做出一審判決，前海思員工共14人被判處有期徒刑（其中5人實刑，首犯被判處有期徒刑6年），總計罰金1350萬，判決如下：

（1）被告人張某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑6年，併處罰金人民幣300萬元；

（3）被告劉某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑4年6個月，併處罰金人民幣150萬元；

（4）被告周某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑4年，併處罰金人民幣120萬元；

（5）被告顧某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑3年，併處罰金人民幣120萬元；

（6）被告高某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑2年，緩刑2年，併罰金人民幣80萬元；

（7）被告人張某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑2年6個月，緩刑2年6個月，併處罰金人民幣100萬元；

（8）被告人王某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年9個月，緩刑1年9個月，併處罰金人民幣70萬元；

（9）被告趙某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年，緩刑1年，併罰金人民幣20萬元；

（10）被告何某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年6個月，緩刑1年6個月，併處罰金人民幣70萬元；

（11）被告於某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年3個月，緩刑1年3個月，併處罰金人民幣60萬元；

（12）被告劉某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年6個月，緩刑1年6個月，併罰金人民幣70萬元；

（13）被告屠某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年，緩刑1年，併罰金人民幣20萬元；

（14）被告沈某某犯侵犯商業秘密罪，判處有期徒刑1年，緩刑1年，併罰金人民幣50萬元。

根據天眼查資料顯示，2023年7月14日，上海市知識產權法院，公開了上海海思技術有限公司與尊湃通訊科技（南京）有限公司（以下簡稱“尊湃通訊”）等申請訴前財產保全一審非訴保全審查裁定書。

據裁定書顯示，上海海思技術有限公司申請凍結尊湃通訊銀行存款人民幣9,500萬元，或查封、凍結、扣押價值相應的其他財產。上海市智慧財產權法院審查認為，上述申請符合法律規定可予準許。
