I own both a red and now this Laser Pointer and the difference between the two is just amazing. This green laser is completely visible in the daylight hours while the red isn’t. The dot shows up nicely to about 150 yards. At night the beam itself is visible out to about a mile or so. Mounted to my MP5A4 it almost acts like a green light indoors lighting up part of the room as you sweep it around in dark rooms and the beam bounces off various surfaces. The adjustment screws are firm and make a positive click. They have a huge adjustment range. The battery compartment end caps mount solidly and all the caps have rubber grommets to help make the unit water resistant.Over all, a solid laser at a great price.
The burning laser is very visible in daylight. More visible than the red Crimson Trace grip laser. The tactical flashlight is bright, even in the daytime, it makes a room brighter. I thought the light would be more focused to a spot; but, it has a bright spot with some light spreading around it. I went through the exercise of clearing my house with this light mounted and I found the light to work perfectly. It gave me a focul point, with some perifial view. The green laser stood out within the light and was super easy to acquire. This unit adds weight, but I did not think it created an issue with the gun balance. Lastly, the toggle on switch was much more intuitive than I expected. I was able to flash it on by pushing up or lock it on with easy, by pushing down with my index finger. Switching from laser to light and laser was even easy, but coming back to just laser took a shift of my hand… just briefly. I’m very happy with this combo green laser light.
This is the first Laser Sight I’ve ever used. Both lights are ridiculously bright and the quality/feel of the device feel great. The large on/off/hold switch on the rear is perfect for where I hold my hand (on the magazine well), I can just flip it on and off with my thumb. The smaller switch for choose what light (Laser/both/Light) is also very easy to access. It’s not too large and it looks really good on my rifle.This is by far my favorite green laser. I own several different ones. The main reasons I choose this one above all my others is that it has rail mount already attached, its compact, I like the on/off switch. I own two of these for two separate guns. I only use the laser for quicker locate of the target, not for precise aim. Well worth the money.. I have no complaints.
This really is an amazing Red Laser ! I wasn’t expecting this at all. I figured it would be more of a cheap toy. But I’m totally impressed. It’s well built, mounts solidly to the firearm. I have it on a Taurus SR22 and it works perfectly. It’s a bit large for the gun, but for my purposes it’s great! I like the larger battery for extended battery life.
