軍火得標商「如雨後春筍」？謝寒冰曝2026貓膩：錢會回流

南部傳產得標軍火爭議連環爆，包括裝修業標RDX炸藥，鞋商標步槍底火，菸酒商標重機槍彈，茶業得標兵推系統維護等，質疑不斷。對此，台灣名嘴資深媒體人謝寒冰質疑，為何賴清德上任後這些公司就如雨後春筍般出現？這些資金顯然不單純，就是為了2026選舉，很多錢到時就會回流。

謝寒冰15日在《大新聞大爆卦》節目質疑，我們「中科院」連現在最先進的炸藥都會做，為什麼要透過這些小公司，小量去向外面買？過去明明有長期配合的廠商。「我父母都是公務員，公務人員最不喜歡變動廠商！」因為新的廠商，沒有人知道他到底能不能履約，到時萬一出什麼狀況，是那個公務員、那個採購要扛！傻了才做這種事？會出現廠商變化的情形，通常只有一種可能。

「什麼可能？長官交代！」謝寒冰指出，哪個長官會去交代做這種事，為什麼？雖然看起來幾億幾千萬，在軍火採購上這並不大，顯然主要的採購廠商也不是他們，是跟另外的主要廠商採購的。那為什麼要特意分散開來？為什麼不直接跟一家廠商採購就好？為什麼要特別分給這些廠商？很顯然，這些資金不單純！這些資金有其他的用途。

謝寒冰提到，有些員工會自己出去外面開公司，然後專門做公司的生意，搞了半天，公司虧得要死，這些員工一個個都賺飽飽。現在就是一模一樣，國防部門反正都要花這個錢，就在外面找一堆廠商，管他是否人頭，只要有公司登記，管你是做茶葉還做鞋子的，趕快去申請一個彈藥槍砲許可，就可以營業了，接下來就“合理合情合法”來接案子。

不部署逼藍營提倒閣？徐巧芯笑：幼稚！

外傳府院高層已拍板，對藍白新修正的《財劃法》採“不部署、不公佈”，賴清德與“行政院長”卓榮泰將於15日對外說明，且12日立院三讀的停砍年改法案也朝此規劃。對此，國民黨立委徐巧芯笑稱，「很幼稚！」「行政院」做很爛，為什麼是立委要離開？大家比氣長，民進黨不執行是民進黨的事，誰要搞倒閣？

徐巧芯14日在中天《週末大爆掛》直言，“立法委員”工作就是立法，已經三讀通過立法，“行政院”不做，要去罵“行政院”，該下台的是“行政院長”。立法院現在就是把所有政府應該要通過的法律好好盤整，一個一個通過，4年後就看民進黨不執行多少法律！

至於有綠營主張解散國會全面改選，國民黨32位立委無敵星星就沒了，若民進黨還是無法過半，又可以玩一次大罷免。徐巧芯笑稱，“我們根本沒有想這些，只是覺得很幼稚”，為什麼因為“行政院”做很爛，而要讓議會被解散？為什麼是立委要離開立法院？「應該是我們繼續立法，繼續做該做的事情，你們不作為，就讓民眾罵你們！”

她舉例，公教人員若抱怨不是立法通過了？為什麼退休金還是一樣？很簡單，立法通過了，“行政院”不執行，有問題找“行政院”，大家比氣長，“我們已經做完應該做的事情！”“行政院不執行法律，我們為何要審查預算？”

青鳥扯綠委擁過半民意“民眾黨只拿40萬票”，被真實數據打臉

傳府院高層拍闆對藍白新修的財劃法採「不部署、不公佈」。綠委提到，賴清德便當會結論是，「不部署」或「部署之後不執行」都不違憲。綠營帶風向喊倒閣重選立委，訥稱綠委得票才是多數，把白委得票算成40萬，但藥師林士峰挖出2024政黨票打臉，民眾黨有304萬票。

媒體人樊啟明發文表示，根據憲法，公佈以及部署立法院通過的法律，這不是選擇題，而是必須執行的「義務」。賴清德的公佈只是程序上的最後一里路，“應”字在法律上意義代表“必須”，賴清德無權扣留。「行政院長」卓榮泰覆議輸了就得認，根據憲法增修條文規定，“即應接受該決議”，包含完成後續的行政程序（即部署與執行）。若照綠營論述，行政權可以片面讓立法權歸零，這叫民主還是獨裁？

藥師林士峰直呼，賴清德提出，「行政院」不執行立法院通過的法律，這就是獨裁！這世界上的民主地區，除了民進黨，還有哪個行政部門可以不執行立法院三讀通過的法律？台灣地區的民主已經被民進黨搞成世界笑話！誰不知道現在賴清德主席想五權併攏搞獨裁想瘋了？搞了個大罷免不成，現在搞不部署通過的法案，完全不尊重立法院決議，也不朝野協商，就像當年當市長時不進議會受監督一樣。

還有深綠粉專帶風向指出，2024區域立委，綠得票609萬，藍得票550萬，白得票40萬，質疑為何最終由少數人決定多數人的生活？林士峰提到，青鳥現在在洗他們是多數民意，但是沒辦法在立法院佔多數，是製度有問題。「不是啊，為什麼不看政黨票呢？民眾黨好幾區沒派人選欸！」複習一下政黨票：民進黨498萬2062，國民黨476萬4576，民眾黨304萬0615，制度有問題，「行政院」不改嗎？

賴清德造訪陸配麵館，郭正亮揭1事讓人火大

民進黨主席賴清德日前前往位於台北市中山區的“開封包公府私房麵館”，拜訪陸配老闆郭明華，品嚐招牌“包公私房面”與老闆親手鹵制的小吃。郭明華靠著家鄉私房面養大3個孩子、撐起一家4口；賴清德表示，郭明華的故事說明台灣地區是一個多元、開放的社會，只要認同台灣地區，就是這個家園的主人。對此，前立委郭正亮表示，有人火大的是，他才剛去限制陸配的參政權，國民黨還正式召開記者會，說這個做法是違憲。

針對賴清德造訪陸配老闆麵館，郭正亮昨天(14日)在《中天辣晚報》節目中表示，那一碗麵是很好吃的，在中山區來自何南的一位陸配養大3個小孩，面就叫“包公面”，是很好吃的面。有人火大的是，你才剛去限制陸配的參政權，國民黨還正式召開記者會，說這個做法是違憲。

郭正亮覺得，賴清德很奇怪，不知道他的幕僚是怎麼建議的，突然拍了一個YT，然後去吃麵，你是要讓大家覺得其實你對大陸沒有歧視嗎？這個有誰會相信？例如小紅書你也要禁，小紅書也沒什麼政治，所以他質疑，賴清德就是刻意做秀、又完全沒有說服力，這會讓人家看不下去。

點名國民黨3縣市充滿危機！郭正亮示警：藍白合也不一定會贏
