Lifes an Illusion

I’ll get right to the point. Life is not necessarily what we think it is. And no, I’m not going to extrapolate this to the extreme to try to convince you that we really exist on some obscure planet in a distant spiral galaxy and that all of this we’re experiencing as “Life” is only a dream. Of course, it is kind of cool to think that we could waking up any time now, wandering out to the kptfrun to put on the cuggy and then stepping out on the prafo to watch the bos rise and enjoy the sounds of the bilbs as they greet the morning. We naturally, would be all the more enlightened because of the dream experience of the previous night and could therefore anticipate an even more productive, enjoyable day at the Snark assembly plant. (Does excessive caffeine intake cause everyone to think weird stuff like that? Probably just me, huh botox?)

Where were we? Oh yeah, the illusion thing? Let’s start with the physical, material stuff. Everything you see is not as it appears – or as it is interpreted by our little brains. When we look around, we “see” all kinds of solid forms. Computers, desks, paper, chairs, walls, books, etc. These things not only look solid, they feel solid and can be held, moved, sat upon, used to support other solid things – and broken. So they’re all composed of some densely packed material and therefore are completely “solid”, right youde?

Not even close, Martha. When you get down to the itty bitty particles that all of these nice solid objects are made of, you’re gonna find only little teeny tiny bits of energy, specks of particles and a hell of a lot of space between them. In fact, there’s a bunch more space than there are specks of particles. Here’s one of the analogies I can relate to easily. If we arbitrarily designated the nucleus of an atom (the combination of the neutrons and protons in the center of an atom that contain just about all of the atom’s mass) as the size of a grapefruit, the rest of the atom that is the electron cloud (little negatively charged particles that are zipping around the nucleus like a bat outta hell) would take up a space equivalent to a large football stadium. Hmm, let’s see. Grapefruit is the “solid” stuff – football stadium is the space and energy stuff. Yeah, there’s a hell of a lot of space inside those little atom guys.

Of course, when these little bundles of specks and energy (it would take about a hundred million of ‘em laid end to end to stretch out to a length of approximately one centimeter) share their electrons to bond with another atom – or atoms – to form molecules? and then these molecules link together using the energy of their foundation atoms, we can wind up with materials that appear and act like they’re completely solid. OK, for those of you who may tend to get picky here, we also wind up with other similar things we can touch such as gas (air) and liquid – the other two states of matter that make up our world Office Design.

Write down what should do

Mostly we believe that we are gifted with good memory. At least, no one else admits he is dull. Therefore, we strongly hold the faith that we can remember almost everything and do not need to list things we are supposed to do. The fact is memory declines as aging. As a matter of fact, we just cannot clearly recall what exactly we have done before (particular something happened in a very long time ago), only the vague outline of the experience that we can mainly recount nuskin hk.

It is very easily to be distracted by many things from work and life. After going back home, it is normal to find there is still no clue about what exactly has been done in daytime. If there is no particular plan, it would be easy to squander away time without a sense of awareness. Every day there are so many things to deal with. How to balance between those trifles and assignments is a problem confused me very much. Now I definitely understand the importance of writing down what I should do. Because it makes me efficient to do things so long as I follow the list one step at a time. A specific and ordered schedule undoubtedly saves quite a bit time and improves efficiency nuskin hk.

Much of the time is wasted on the meaningless scheming. The best way is to set up the goal and then have them listed on the plan. Since most of us are average in wisdom, the record of daily check effectively favors self-management.

A goal does not mean to be ambitious. Thinking too much is not workable if there is no pragmatic action. Patiently spend some time to make that list and do it according to the plan. Self-discipline and high strong will are surely required. That is the best time to test if it is qualified to change the routine as small accumulation of steps always becomes enormous giant. Unnecessary unease

Only the time when we lose something do we realize the importance of ownership. We have air and water, but do not sense the existence. Supposing one day, there is no available resource, we feel desperate and cannot do nothing to have all back aspire box mod.

When all is back, usually we find everything remains almost as same as what it was before. Not so many emails as we assumed, and only tiny increase of readership. It is okay as it always is. But we just do not want to lose any of the possible chance to communicate with outer world how to quit smoking.

What Can You Do In One Day

For it is written in Bible in chapter 2 Peter 3:8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. So what can we do in one day, or should I say, how do I want Jesus to judge me for this day or a thousand years. I like to think that most people would like Jesus to judge them to be blameless and righteous in his sight. We can achieve this by living a Holy life before him. It says in Hebrews 12:14 Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

Being Holy is what Jesus wants us to achieve. It says in 1Peter 1:13 Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set you hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. Jesus says to love one another. It says in 1John 3:11 This message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another. Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. Yes, there are rules for Holy living. It says in Colossians 3:5 Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.

Furthermore, it says at verse 8 But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self. Which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. So I would like to ask this question again. What can I do in one day or a thousand years? I can be Holy in Jesus sight which is a thousand years and only one day in my life. So with that in mind, just think of how so many years we can live Holy in Jesus sight and how please Jesus will be.

Reclaiming Your Life

Only somebody who has lived with anxiety – as either a sufferer or a carer – knows how devastating it can be. The affect can be seen and felt across every aspect of your life for years and years.

So how does anxiety make you withdraw from life?

Basically, people with anxiety live their lives defensively, at a level where they are merely ‘coping’ instead of ‘embracing’. They are life’s ‘passengers’, passive in their emotional and physical relationship with the world around them – rather than ‘activists’ who engage with their surroundings and interact with people.

Now I want to share something with you that will probably – hopefully! – shock you.

Have you ever sat down with pen and paper and worked out how much time you spend feeling anxious every day of your life? An hour? Two? Four? Ten?!

If you spend even a single hour a day in anxious mode, that equates to 30 hours a month – that’s two ‘waking’ days every month where you could be playing with the kids, training for a marathon run, taking up a hobby, visiting old friends? LIVING your life. Instead, you’re wasting that valuable time on your anxiety.

At it’s worst, I know my anxiety had reached the point where it took over 90% of my waking thoughts. It left me totally exhausted.

Looking back, I now know that by allowing this anxiety to have such a huge stake in my life took real commitment on my behalf!

So, I took control and by doing so, I was rewarded with all this extra time? and all this additional energy with which to fill the hours in a positive way! What a bonus!

I cannot tell you the sense of relief and liberation this sparked in me. And the most wonderful thing is, just as anxiety is a downward spiral that sees you withdraw from life, so this liberation is an uplifting cycle which grows and grows. Once you begin, you can’t contain it!

I know that if I hadn’t taken control and eliminated my anxiety for good, I’d still be on that downward spiral? getting ever more sucked into the anxiety abyss where your every waking moment is dominated by fear.

Meditate with Mindful Breathing

Do you live a life of action while maintaining a life of peace? The two do not seem to coexist and we often find ourselves striving to achieve one or the other. Do you relate to being determined and yet patient as you move through your life? Throughout our Western culture we are suffering the effects of stress and paying the price in the loss of health and well being. The constant bombardment to the autonomic nervous system keeps us from letting down and allowing our bodies to fully rest. The sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, emanating from the spinal cord, control involuntary, unconscious actions of smooth muscles, cardiac muscles and glands. The sympathetic system and the nerves controlling it are found in the thoracic and lumbar segments of the spinal cord. This system primarily uses neurotransmitters adrenaline and noradrenalin to mobilize the organism in “fight or flight” reaction in emergencies. The parasympathetic system is located in the cranial and sacral segments of the spinal cord. It uses the transmitter acetylcholine to relax the body. Are You Good Enough?

Several years ago, I attended a “success” seminar in northern Virginia. “Think of how you’ll feel when you reach your goal. Imagine you’ve arrived! Feel it, smell it.” I don’t remember the name of the seminar nor the presenter, but I have two small pieces of wood that have locked that seminar in my mind and changed my life fitness center hong kong.

If you’ve ever attended a motivational seminar, you may remember the presenter encouraging you to “be all you can be.” You may have been convinced that you can make a million dollars or reach other dreams using their methods. This seemed like the way that seminar was headed, until someone began passing us pieces of wood, an 8 X 12 inch board three-quarters of an inch thick. “Think of how you’ll feel when you reach your goal. Imagine you’ve arrived! Feel it, smell it. Now in one word describe the feeling.” I was skeptical, not really with it. Suddenly inspiration hit-WOW! That’s how I would feel. Then the presenter told us to turn the board over and write on the other side what was standing in our way. I couldn’t think of anything and as he kept talking, I figured, “Well this is a waste.” From out of the blue came, “not good enough.” My insecurity, feeling inadequate, thinking of everyone who could do things better than I, held me back. So I wrote “not good enough” on the board, only half listening as he was explaining the next step. With our bare hand we could break through the negative idea we’d written on the board and reach our goals. “Oh, yeah,” I thought. “Right.” I had to be the oldest, most out of shape person in the room seo company!

Other people rushed to the front of the room to be first in line to break the board. I sat still, looking for someone like me. People began to step up and break through the board. I measured them and compared myself to them–still thinking “not good enough” without realizing it. Then someone failed on the first try and broke through the board on the second try. That broke the ice for me. I ambled over to the end of the line.

My turn came all too quickly. There I was facing the presenter who was going to hold the board so I could hit it with one hand while I held the other hand behind my back. He explained how I should position my feet, which part of my hand to use, and what I should be thinking. I was squaring my shoulders when he stopped me. My feet weren’t just right. “Let’s try it now,” he said. I drew back my arm and thrust it forward, breaking the board on my first try. There followed the most unexpected emotion I’ve ever experienced. Wonder turned into awe. How could this be? I was overwhelmed hk seo agency.

The attendant ushered me to the side so the next person could have a turn. I joined the group who had broken the board and stood still while a wave of emotion enveloped me. Tears came to my eyes, but I checked them. I can! I am good enough! I can never go back and hide behind that thought again. I must move forward.

Start Changing Your Life

While it’s believed that spring is the perfect season to start changing a life, there are a few undeniable reasons autumn is the right time to make some drastic changes in your life. Nowadays many people suffer from depression and serious mood swings during the fall. I had suffered from autumn/winter depression for a few years and I was so unhappy when these two so beautiful seasons came. I didn’t notice the beauty of the fall foliage and I didn’t set any goals to achieve this season since I thought it was not the right time for making changes. Last autumn was successful for me. I quit the job I hated and found my dream job. I started eating healthier, I enrolled in dance classes and I dropped a few unwanted pounds. I made more drastic changes during the autumn months than in spring. This fall, I’m going to achieve even more goals. Cesar to the rescue

I don’t like watching TV any more, only when I am running on the machine for exercise to kill my boring time, I would like to turn on TV to National Geographic channel, which is always tell the real stories happened. Today again, Cesar to the rescue is the continuous documentary and a famous program HKUE DSE.
