<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合通報</strong>台灣民眾黨民代李貞秀所謂「國籍」爭議未解，近期又因失言風波遭到黨內咎。民眾黨中評會13日決議開除李貞秀黨籍，該處分自即日起生效。</p>

<p>李貞秀近期在社群媒體個人頻道開設直播指稱，新竹市長高虹安拿了民眾黨前主席柯文哲七百萬元（新台幣），民眾黨中央委員會認定其嚴重破壞民眾黨名譽，因此決議送交中央評審委員會裁處。據了解，民眾黨中評審先前開會討論此案，有中評委在會中要求李貞秀“知所進退”，隨即遭到反嗆“不可能”“我現在不是辭職的時候”。</p>
<p>針對李貞秀所涉違紀案件，民眾黨中評會13日發布聲明表示，依據台灣數百名黨員具名檢舉，民眾黨中央委員會移請中評會處置，經由民意機構黨團總召陳清龍檢具相關事證，中評會依據「紀律評審裁決準則」第32條及第36條提出。</p>
<p>2026年2月3日，民眾黨民代洪櫓祥、蔡春綢、王安祥、邱慧洳、陳清龍及李貞秀宣誓就職。根據2024年民眾黨不分區民代名單，前民代許忠信以第16順位排名在李貞秀之後，預計將遞補成為民眾黨新任民代。</p>
