<p>有記者提問稱，近日，美國最高法院裁定川普總統2025年實施的對等關稅無效。島內人士分析，此判決徹底推翻台美關稅協議的法源基礎，賴清德當局先前為了迎合美方所做出的退讓與天價採購承諾及5000億美元投資承諾，如今看來宛如一場缺乏法律保障的盲目讓利。請問對此有何評論？</p>
