<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>台灣地區領導人賴清德13日提名檢察官徐錫祥為“檢察總長”，並諮請台民意機構行使同意權。對此，民眾黨台民意機構黨團總召陳清龍表示，「最高檢察署」為台灣最高檢察機構，「檢察總長」亦指揮監督全台檢察官，黨團會以最嚴謹的態度審查「檢察總長」被提名人。</p>

<p>賴辦發言人郭雅慧表示，現任「最高檢察署」「檢察總長」邢泰釗將於今年5月7日任期屆滿，賴清德依「法院組織法」第66條第2項規定，提名徐錫祥為「檢察總長」。</p>
<p>陳清龍表示，「最高檢察署」為全台最高檢察機構，「檢察總長」亦指揮監督全台檢察官，其人選是否適任影響重大。除了需要有專業，更應該對司法改革以及檢察改革等議題有明確的立場，因此黨團會以最嚴謹的態度審查「檢察總長」被提名人。</p>
<p>陳清龍也舉例，近年來部分檢察官已淪民進黨鷹犬，秉承上意辦案，甚至連筆錄都可造假，還有特定媒體持有偵查中應保密的事項，“如此荒腔走板的亂像到底該如何解決？”</p>
