明年台北市長選綠營爆「超狂黑馬」？侯漢廷：難以說服選民

陳佩琪回憶，去年中秋節開始，柯文哲就沒能和家人團聚，「就這樣被莫名其妙抓去關了一整年。」她說，丈夫在北所裡皮膚潰爛、腎結石復發，甚至感染HPV病毒，生活缺乏尊嚴。她曾送素食包子探望，但送到他手中時，食物已被攪爛變形，“看了真的很心疼。”

她形容，北所環境老舊，水管年久失修、水質不佳，長期下來衍生各種問題。過去大家以為蟑螂多已夠煩人，柯文哲卻說最可怕的其實是老鼠。「這些『原住鼠』白天偶爾現身，夜裡更是大搖大擺出來覓食，完全不怕人。即使房間24小時亮燈監控，一旦和它們對上眼，反而是人被嚇到退三步。”

陳佩琪表示，自己並非要指控北所虐待丈夫，但質疑司法有必要把一個市政決策案件的當事人關在如此環境長達一年嗎？「全台北公務員都證稱該都更案合法、市長尊重專業且無介入，卻還是被長時間羈押。」她批評，在民進黨執政下，司法竟淪為打壓政敵的工具。

她也替柯文哲抱不平，指檢調起訴書厚達800多頁，但裡頭幾乎沒有搜索前就掌握的實質證據，“只是先來家裡搜索，再從扣押物品和手機裡湊故事、栽贓物構陷。”她怒批這樣的手法“兇殘狠毒”，形同用司法追殺異己。

雖然柯文哲如今已返家，但陳佩琪坦言，丈夫仍在調養身體、整理案卷、與律師研商應對。她感嘆這一年帶來的傷害仍未消散，也呼籲外界正視羈押制度與看守所環境問題。
