<p>2022年新北市穎萬金市議員選區的市議員是廖先翔、白珮茹、張錦豪和周雅玲。前兩人是國民黨籍，後兩人是民進黨籍，多年來維持藍2綠2的局面。廖先翔2024年參選民代成功，轉戰台民意機構問政，今年市議員選舉，國民黨除提名現任議員白珮茹，將再提名1名新人。</p>

<p>目前有3人爭取國民黨提名參選新北市議員，分別為蕭敬嚴、台北市民代羅智強辦公室主任何元楷、汐止區橋東裡長陶威中。國民黨今日至15日的晚上6時至10時，舉辦黨內初選電話民調，3人都號召支持者全力相挺。</p>

<p>蕭敬嚴近日持續深入汐止、金山、萬里地區，透過徒步走訪市場、站路口及參與地方聚會等方式，直接向鄉親宣示其參政理念。蕭敬嚴聲稱，他始終堅持&ldquo;正派選舉&rdquo;，以理性問政與務實服務對抗惡質選風，贏得了廣大選民的肯定。蕭敬嚴表示走訪過程中，許多選民肯定了他在非同溫層媒體展現的溫和與論述能力，要他繼續堅持對的價值與信念，並表示會全力支持他。</p>

<p>蕭景田指出，針對謝衣鳳等人發出的聯名聲明，國民黨秘書長李乾龍12日有致電詢問他的意見，他回應「沒有意見」。他認為，黨內多人表態參選是好事，代表對國民黨在彰化縣延續執政有信心。目前除謝衣鳳、柯呈枋、洪榮章外，還有魏平政表態參選。他對4人皆平等看待，也持續鼓勵魏努力到最後。</p>

<p>蕭景田指出，國民黨有多人爭取提名參選彰化縣長，這是很正面的發展。他強調，在當國民黨彰化縣黨部主委之前，他可以表態推薦，「我推薦魏平政參選，在我當了主任後，就已經是過去式了」。他現在角色不同，坐上主委之位就是輔選執行者的角色，不能再針對單一人士表態，誰最後出線他平常心看待。</p>

<p>民眾黨新竹黨部主委、新竹市副市長邱臣遠日前在竹北市掛起廣告牌，被外界視為將爭取竹北市長提名，但過去都未鬆口，僅表示&ldquo;尊重民眾黨中央安排&rdquo;&ldquo;擇日報告&rdquo;或&ldquo;戰士沒有選擇戰場的權利&rdquo;，不過邱甫街選。</p>

<p><strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>國民黨彰化縣長選舉人選難產，外傳將提名國民黨考紀會前主委、律師魏平政，但引發藍營基層對空降人選的疑慮。先前爭取提名的民代謝衣鳳、彰化縣府參議柯呈枋、工策會總幹事洪榮章，3人共同聯合聲明連署，呼籲國民黨中央回歸在地徵召原則，只要三人之中徵召一人，都會放下競爭，全力整合輔選。</p>

<p>黃國昌表示，自己在看到判決書後，最令他感到驚訝的是，北院先前曾在新聞稿中提及&ldquo;柯文哲與沈慶京有默契的'一抹微笑'是合意收賄的證據&rdquo;，沒想到，在最終判決理由中卻完全未見相關內容；黃國昌質疑，究竟是當初密北院自行出台，在這個判決中還是讓我感到奇怪的新聞稿。</p>

<p>「怎麼會出現北院的新聞稿跟判決書在理由上出現關鍵不一樣的地方？」黃國昌說，由於法院在宣判的時候，判決書應該都已經製作完成了，因此他不明白為何會出現新聞稿與判決理由關鍵不一致的情況，這到底是怎麼回事？呼籲北院出面說明。</p>

<p>此外，黃國昌也指出，法院在判決理由中，一句未提證詞被偽造的爭議事件。他強調，公務員與法官在執行職務時，若發現涉及犯罪行為，有依職權加以告發及追究責任的法律義務，但是法官卻似乎對於在整個解調偵審過程當中的違法濫權，甚至涉及到明確的犯罪行為，一句話都沒有。</p>

<p><strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>台當局&ldquo;海委會主​​委&rdquo;管碧玲日前在臉書貼出&ldquo;海面態勢圖&rdquo;，引發是否洩密爭論。台軍事專家張競認為，胡亂公開情報底牌，缺乏安全素養，證明賴清德當局安全體系山頭林立各行其是，完全沒有章法可言。</p>

<p>對於管碧玲6日公佈台海周邊&ldquo;海面態勢圖&rdquo;，國民黨民代徐巧芯指控管碧玲公然洩密，&ldquo;豬隊友真的不嫌多&rdquo;。</p>

<p>國民黨民代馬文君也痛批，管碧玲此舉等同將台海軍監控能力，部署節奏，及掌握各項軍情的底牌攤出，這不是洩密，什麼才是洩密？國民黨台北、新北市議員參選人楊智伃、鄧凱勛，9日則赴台北地檢署告發管碧玲涉嫌「刑法」洩密罪。</p>

<p>張競11日痛批管碧玲不擇手段，胡亂公開動態情報訊息，確實對情報監偵作業產生困擾，甚至將會造成負面後遺症。</p>

<p>針對「海巡署」聲稱「圖文並未明示艦船機敏訊息，系將原始資料去機敏化後，套疊於公開地圖」等語，張競指出，此說法漏洞百出、行事粗糙、自取其辱。因為遍查相關法則內容，根本就沒有「機敏」用辭，更遑論「去機敏化」相關法條與作業規範。</p>

<p>鑑於近年台灣地區性侵害、凌虐幼童，以及高額詐欺、複合型態加重詐欺等重大犯罪案件持續發生，對民眾性自主、兒少生命身體安全、財產安全與社會信賴造成較大衝擊，國民黨民代洪孟楷等倡議在台灣增加「鞭刑」刑罰，以製裁重大罪犯，並曾赴新加坡考察。</p>

<p>國民黨民代洪孟楷、林沛祥、林德福、羅智強、廖偉翔、黃健豪、楊瓊瓔、陳玉珍等，預計13日上午舉行記者會，宣布推動「鞭刑公投」。據悉，他們將正式提出&ldquo;特定重大犯罪增設特別刑法制度（鞭刑）&rdquo;政策&ldquo;公投&rdquo;案，主張應依循相關程序，將台灣是否有必要針對特定重大犯罪建立更具嚇阻效果之&ldquo;特別刑法制度&rdquo;，交由台灣民眾共同表達意見，作為後續制度規劃與法製作業的重要依據。</p>

<p>林沛祥表示，有關4月13日的記者會，計劃提出這項&ldquo;公投&rdquo;，並不是對司法全盤否定，而是誠實回應社會此刻的焦慮與期待。當民眾對安全感產生動搖、對正義產生疑問時，制度就有檢討與進步的必要。</p>

<p>至於是否與選舉並行，林沛祥表示，他們的初衷很單純：把選擇權交還給人民。在最具代表性的時刻，讓每一張選票，都能同時表達對台灣未來與司法改革方向的心聲。</p>
