<p>郭正亮在台媒網路直播節目中表示，現在綠營的側翼網軍在Threads處於極度劣勢，被壓著打。他直言，整個情勢翻盤的關鍵在於&ldquo;大罷免&rdquo;，在&ldquo;大罷免、大失敗、大翻車&rdquo;後，徐巧芯就決定去Threads裡面跟各方&ldquo;青鳥&rdquo;開戰。自己長期在Threads&ldquo;潛水&rdquo;，很清楚地知道狀況。他也稱讚徐巧芯是他最佩服的民代，年紀輕、個頭小，卻比誰都勇敢。</p>

<p>郭正亮說，「大罷免」翻車讓這些「青鳥」啞口無言，偏綠的名嘴也集體受挫，通通都摔到地上，這是轉折點，而徐巧芯是第一功臣。他指出，媒體的本質是說真相、監督有權者，但「青鳥」每天幫民進黨當局洗地，對民進黨當局的弊病故意掩飾、視而不見。所以綠媒收視率低，偏綠網紅的政論節目也做不起來，民進黨做了許多「違法」的事，一件都不敢批評，怎麼可能有人要看這樣的節目？</p>

<p>羅智強表示，針對川普關稅正常被判定違法後，台當局行政機構有義務針對美國最高法院判決「對等關稅」違憲後，對台美協議內容可能產生的影響，向台民意機構與社會說明清楚，但目前台行政機構尚未清楚交代整體影響評估。</p>

<p>羅智強也強調，台民意機構一旦收到台行政機構送來的版本，就會開始審議。但前提是台行政機構必須理清相關「法律」效力與對台灣地區經濟的衝擊，台民意機構才能有所本地進行審查。他也提到，目前雖已有關稅10％至15％的產業衝擊報告出爐，但台行政機構聲稱涉及智慧財產權，公開程度有限。部分民代也認為不能以「請相信台當局」為由，讓資訊處於黑箱狀態。</p>

<p>春節假期結束後，民進黨南投縣黨部2月23日即啟動縣議員、鄉鎮市長、鄉鎮市民代表及村長等第4、5類公職人員提名登記程序，趕在「二二八」連假前完成登記提名作業。綠營盼各地選將儘早戰鬥位置，輔選拉到黨南投縣長參選人溫世政。</p>

<p>民進黨縣議員登記部分，第一選區（南投市、名間）擬提名5人，除現任的沈夙崢、吳棋楠，老將賴燕雪也回鍋參選；第二選區（草屯、中寮）提名4人，現任議員蔡瑋女撥連任，上一任前三的落選李洪帛女、前書名。第三（集集、水裡、魚池及信義）、四（竹山、鹿谷）選區各提名1人，分由現任的王秋淑、陳玉鈴拼連任；第五選區（廖裡、國姓、仁愛）提名3人，除現任的陳宜君、蘇昱誠，新秀崑堯選區參戰；六至少數民族登記。</p>

<p>13鄉鎮市長登記部分，僅2人登記參選，分別為名間鄉現任鄉長陳翰立爭取連任。民進黨前議員康志合登記挑戰鹿谷鄉長，其餘11鎮市長竟無人要選。民進黨南投縣黨部稱，將由縣選對會討論是否禮讓親綠友軍參選，或徵召優秀新人挑戰。</p>

<p>據了解，魚池鄉長劉啟帆兩屆任滿，其胞弟劉啟行現任魚池鄉農會常務監事，被視為延續綠營執政的接班人選；集集不排除徵召前鎮長陳紀衡回鍋。另外，無黨鄉縣長葉銘豐競選連任，及國姓鄉前鄉長丘埔生均被視為友軍，可望獲綠營禮讓。</p>

<p>郭正亮28日指出，相較宜蘭，新竹縣的整合問題更為嚴重。他直言，陳見賢身兼國民黨新竹縣黨部主委，卻同時參與縣長初選，這樣不就變成&ldquo;球員兼裁判&rdquo;，質疑其角色是否適當，也直言相關傳聞滿天飛。郭正亮也表示，了解後發現部分說法並非事實。新竹縣議長曾出面說明，徐欣瑩當初參選民代時，當地曾有選民代者不再選縣長的默契，但徐欣瑩事後親自致電澄清，否認有此共識。</p>

<p>郭正亮認為，新竹縣與宜蘭縣其實有相似結構，當地派系常對現任民代投入縣長選戰產生反彈，形成「當了民代還要搶縣長」的輿論壓力。但他強調，這樣的形象並非事實，而是刻意被塑造出來，試圖將縣長人選限縮在縣市系統內。</p>

<p>島內資深媒體人李艷秋27日在臉書發文指出，蔡英文影響力仍在、民進黨民代陳亭妃於台南初選中勝出，以及台民意機構民進黨團總召柯建銘持續強硬對抗等情況，這些因素交織下，讓賴清德備感壓力。該文引發議論，前民代蔡正元甚至認為，蔡英文雖已卸任，仍可藉由帶領民進黨維持影響力，甚至不排除在2028年再度出馬，與賴清德進行黨內初選，屆時恐上演&ldquo;蔡英文對賴清德2.0&rdquo;的局面。</p>

<p>對此，羅旺哲28日指出，霍諾德完成徒手攀爬台北101的挑戰，蔡英文、賴清德都發文祝賀，但蔡英文在文章中感謝了台北市政府、台北101董事長賈永婕以及直播團隊等，賴清德卻只感謝所謂「幕後英雄」。在速度上，蔡英文發文也比賴清德快。除此之外，蔡英文的文章10.7萬人點贊，賴清德的文章則是7萬人點贊，光是點贊人數就差一大截，這將是賴清德要面對的問題。</p>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>海峽導報綜合通報</strong>台灣「震傳媒」28日公佈最新台北市選舉民調，有超過一半的市民不滿意台灣地區領導人賴清德施政。另外，針對近期被點名可能代表綠營出戰台北市長的人選，包括台行政機構負責人卓榮泰、台行政機構副負責人鄭麗君及民代王世堅，分別與現任台北市長蔣萬安進行對比民調。結果顯示，王世堅在三人中與蔣萬安差距最小，不過蔣萬安仍大贏19.3個百分點。</p>

<p>針對賴清德施政滿意度，「震傳媒」最新民調顯示，39.7%表示滿意、51.1%不滿意。其中，民進黨支持者87.7%表示滿意，80.1%的國民黨支持者以及84.1%民眾黨支持者表示不滿意，自詡為中間選民者則有53.1%表示不滿意。與過往民調相比，台北市民對於賴的不滿意度下降2.9%，滿意度下降2.1%。以議員選區分區，中山大同區50.8%表示滿意為調查最高，松山信義區56.8%不滿意度最高。</p>

<p>台北市長蔣萬安施政滿意度部分，69.2%台北市民表示滿意、23.1%不滿意。其中，98.4%國民黨支持者表示滿意，81.7%民眾黨支持者表示滿意，55.5%民進黨支持者表示不滿意。以議員選區區分，72.8%大安文山區的受訪者表示滿意最高，32.1%中正萬華表示不滿意最高。從年齡來看，20-29歲及60-69歲滿意度高於全市，30-39歲不滿意度高於全市。</p>

<p>此民調也針對近期傳言民進黨可能出戰台北市長呼聲較高者，包括卓榮泰、鄭麗君及王世堅，分別與現任國民黨市長蔣萬安進行比較調查。結果顯示，若卓榮泰對比蔣萬安，卓24.0%、蔣62.7%；若鄭麗君對比蔣萬安，鄭27.4%、蔣60.4%；若王世堅對比蔣萬安，王32.7%、蔣52.0%。王世堅在3人中與蔣萬安差距最小，差了19.3%個百分點。</p>

<p>進一步交叉分析政黨傾向，鄭麗君凝聚較多民進黨支持者（72.9%），王世堅則較能拓展藍白及不偏政黨者選票（國民黨8.0%、民眾黨28.0%、不偏任何政黨者20.5%）。</p>
