<p>島內通路業者指出，塑膠袋、保鮮膜等商品屬高頻消耗性民生用品，與原油及石化原料價格高度連結。近期中東局勢升溫，帶動聚乙烯、聚丙烯等塑膠原料報價轉強，上游供應商出現惜售與價格調整情況，連帶影響下游製品供應節奏，使通路端提前啟動數量控管，以維持貨架穩定。</p>

<p>事實上，台灣好市多日前已率先針對多項塑膠類商品實施&ldquo;每卡每項限購1份&rdquo;，涵蓋垃圾袋、夾鏈袋、保鮮膜及拋棄式手套等品項。島內市場解讀，此舉除反映需求短期升溫外，也顯示通路對供應不確定性的預防性管理。</p>

<p>鈕則勳指出，蔣萬安在形象及政績這兩項選舉必備的元素上已然「獨步」於藍營諸位大咖。以形象來說，蔣萬安已建構出&ldquo;剛柔並濟&rdquo;的形象，不僅是抗綠能量滿滿的&ldquo;抗綠先鋒&rdquo;，更堪稱是&ldquo;在野第一勇&rdquo;，這是剛的部分，勢必能鞏固基本盤；柔的部分則在於他推動非常多照顧下一代與體諒父母中間的兒童之心</p>

<p>鈕則勳認為，形象加政績等於讓蔣萬安已經掌握瞭如&ldquo;倚天劍、屠龍刀&rdquo;般的神兵利器，而這由蔣萬安掛帥領軍出征的氣勢，不僅讓綠營台北市、北台灣的佈局已然失去應有的節奏外，藍營&ldquo;六都&rdquo;將在選台中奪強國將被選中的連續六勝星格局。</p>

<p>針對蔣萬安掛帥對綠營的衝擊，鈕則勳表示，第一，綠軍除了現今要尋得良將戰台北都已不可得，倘最後出線的候選人只能是不得已的急救章，只想退而求其次以求鞏固基本盤的話，便可能讓綠闌營支持者對只想投票支持。</p>

<p>第二，這也極可能衝擊綠營台北市議員的席位，議員候選人只能&ldquo;隨人顧性命&rdquo;，也未必會與市長候選人聯合競選。</p>

<p>第三，台北市綠營氣勢拉不起來，要和北台灣選將串連打團體戰，當然難上加難，綠營北台灣氣勢衰弱，更可能衝擊蘇巧慧的選情。</p>

<p>雖然盧秀燕幕僚表示，盧4日只是去基隆還願，全台輔選還沒有進一步規劃，不過從江啟臣初選勝出，將代表國民黨參選台中市長，盧第一時間站出來辦團結大會，初選期間&ldquo;場姐之爭&rdquo;的主角楊瓊瓔、江江啟葉到大剛啟麗文也專程到大體。</p>

<p>盧秀燕4日到基隆力挺謝國梁，說是還願，但現場&ldquo;角逐2028&rdquo;呼聲四起，盧承諾，年底選舉&ldquo;只要有需要我的地方，一定全力以赴&rdquo;，被外界解讀為全台輔選起手式。</p>

<p>台中藍營人士認為，黨內初選廝殺後，彼此難免有裂痕，但盧秀燕短暫迅速整合藍軍，展現政治影響力。他隨後在基隆打響輔選第一炮，「藍營母雞」聲量再度飆升，預料下一步將規劃在家鄉台中輔選，扮演穩定軍心角色，再逐步向外擴張影響力。</p>

<p>上午9時50分，公祭典禮正式開始。典禮共包含九項儀程：擊鼓鳴鐘、唱《黃帝頌》、敬獻花籃、恭讀祭文、樂舞告祭、龍飛中華、瞻仰軒轅殿、拜謁黃帝陵、種植橋山柏。</p>

<p>活動現場，兩岸同胞、港澳同胞、海外僑胞代表等參祭人員佩戴黃色佩巾，全體肅立，在氣勢恢宏的軒轅殿前齊唱《黃帝頌》。隨後，各界代表依序獻花籃，深深鞠躬，表達對始祖的追思與敬仰。</p>

<p>公祭典禮結束後，參祭人員依序瞻仰軒轅殿，拜諫黃帝陵。春風拂過古柏，彷彿在訴說著五千年文明的綿延不絕。此時此刻，海內外中華兒女的心因共同的祖先而緊緊相連，民族復興的信念在此刻愈發堅定。</p>

<p>據了解，丙午年（2026）清明公祭軒轅黃帝典禮以「鑄牢中華民族共同體意識&middot;奮進中國式現代化新征程」為主題，由陝西省人民政府、國務院台辦、國務院僑辦、中國僑聯共同主辦。</p>
