<p>&nbsp;<strong>海峽導報綜合報道</strong>迎戰2026台灣縣市長選舉，國民黨主席鄭麗文協請資深媒體人尹乃菁出任文傳會副主委一職，預計2月2日上任。尹乃菁表示，由於文傳會主委吳宗憲要投入宜蘭縣長初選，鄭麗文希望她能協助處理文傳會相關事務，她也認為頭銜不重要，能做事、打贏選戰比較重要。</p>

<p>尹乃菁今天（13日）接受島內廣播媒體專訪時表示，鄭麗文某天致電給她，兩人約在家裡談，她表達時值&ldquo;選舉年&rdquo;，文傳會要聯繫和安排的事非常多，在網絡時代，國民黨黨部各方面議題也要快速掌握。吳宗憲除了有台民意機構事務，他也正在爭取宜蘭縣長初選的階段。</p>

<p>尹乃菁說，鄭麗文向她表達，黨部雖有發言人牛煦庭、江怡臻，但文傳會工作很細，包括台民意機構通過法案後，國民黨的主張、各縣市議會的聯繫、發言的方向等都需要處理，希望文傳會各項工作盡快進入排定議程，她也能準確地轉達自己的態度。</p>

<p>蔣萬安指出，陳水扁任內朝小野大，但願意與時任中國國民黨主席連戰、親民黨主席宋楚瑜會面。而賴清德主政期間歷經&ldquo;大罷免&rdquo;導致對立朝野關係激化，台行政機構負責人卓榮泰更在去年12月15日宣布不副署民意機構通過的&ldquo;財劃法&rdquo;，導致&ldquo;憲政&rdquo;僵局未解。</p>

<p>蔣萬安說，陳水扁當初啟用藍營的唐飛擔任&ldquo;閣揆&rdquo;，也跟在野黨領袖見面，其實都有前例。 &ldquo;在目前朝野對立如此尖銳的時候，應要能夠好好坐下來溝通和對話。&rdquo;</p>

<p>2026年度總預算案朝野激烈對抗，傳出賴清德將下鄉宣講，非常有去年大罷免宣講的即視感，也是為2026選舉操兵。而近期鬧得沸沸揚揚的民眾黨&ldquo;人工生殖法&rdquo;版本掛鉤&ldquo;代理孕母&rdquo;，引起不少女性綠營民代不認同，就連民進黨團總召柯建銘親自下去喬也都搞不定。</p>

<p>不過，國民黨籍民代紛紛藉著質詢提出綠營無法解釋清楚的軍購延宕交貨，台軍頭子顧立雄日前更闡明，代號「鳳翔專案」向美採購的66架全新F－16V戰機（F－16C／D Block70），花費2,472億元，原定2024年起分批交機、2026年完成交車時程，但至今只有56架在生產線上，但還得等候第一架的飛測結果才能定下交貨期，連2026上半年都無法保證交機幾架，讓藍國康代許代許說了。</p>
