A hydraulically driven controllable pitch propeller refers to a controllable pitch propeller that uses a hydraulic system as the main actuator for pitch adjustment: A hydraulic pump station generates pressurized oil, which is then delivered through an oil distribution box/control valve group to the inside of the propeller shaft or propeller hub channel. This drives the hydraulic cylinder/servo piston within the propeller hub, causing the propeller blades to rotate around their own axes, thereby achieving continuous and controllable pitch adjustment within the positive, zero, and negative pitch ranges. Remote control, operational condition linkage, and pitch feedback closed-loop control can also be implemented according to the control logic. Its core characteristic is that “hydraulics are responsible for outputting the pitch adjustment force and performing the execution,” while the control signal can be input via mechanical-hydraulic or electro-hydraulic means.
