Led Display Main Installation Method
LED Display Installation And Debugging Process:
- LED display installation. Installing the cabinets into the frame structure, between cabinets could connect by connecting plate( connecting plate be made with cabinets production at the same time), ensure that the gap between the cabinets is minimal and the surface of the LED screen is level;
- Including power cable and signal cable;
Power cable include between the cabinets and from the power distribution system to the screen;
Signal cable include cable connection between cabinets (sealed cabinets are aviation connector) and the network connection between systems;
- Installing ancillary facilities. Such as air conditioning, exhaust fans, audio equipment, etc.
- Whether the power cable is connected to the wrong nor short circuit, the system signal is the same direction, whether there is an external metal object caused by the circuit is not a normal short circuit;
- Power on commissioning. By system set to check the connection between cabinets, module display, signal transfer, graphic transfer and display etc.
- Frame edging;
- Customer training. Such as control software use, kinds of files and graphics playing, and solutions for LED screen common problems;
- Project acceptance.
