<p> <strong>海峽導報綜合報導</strong>台灣民眾黨前民代李貞秀被開除黨籍後，原本在表示不會提任何法律訴訟。如今她改變主意，19日晚間親開直播，稱自己欲提“假處分”，讓整個民眾黨程序趕快暫停。</p>

<p>李貞秀說，自己到現在為止，都還沒收到開除她的中評會紙本通知，之前一直說等到收到後再提申訴，就是依循「王金平模式」申請「假處分」。</p>
<p>她稱，民眾黨中評會在開除他的過程中，一路程序違反程序正義。況且民眾黨秘書長週榆修稱黨員有30天申請複議期限，這才幾天，民眾黨就急著去函“中選會”，讓自己喪失不分區民代資格。</p>
