ウルトラトレイルマウントフジ完走！

4月27日から29日まで、ウルトラトレイルマウントフジ、UTMFという100マイル（168キロ）のトレイルランニングのレースに参加してきました。

6年ぶりの100マイルのレースはとてもとても厳しかったですが、2月末に結婚した奥さんと一緒に参加した今回は45時間13分で何とか完走しました。
制限時間は46時間ですからギリギリですが…

レースが終わり数日経ってはいますが反省も込めて詳しく振り返ってみたいと思います。

【富士山こどもの国】
スタートのこどもの国へはきけさんが手配してくれたUTMF完走バスで移動。
明走会トレラン部の人もいましたが、それ以外は皆速そうな人ばかり…
少しビビる…
会場に着き服部先生、えりこさんと写真撮影。
廣瀬さんとも会いリラックスタイム。
NHKの中尾さんからはインタビューを受ける。
興奮状態で何を話したか覚えてないもののテンションアップ！

【富士こどもの国〜粟倉】
15時にスタート。
基本的にスタートは飛ばさないつもりでゆっくりと。
でも周りのペースが速く焦る…
発汗がすごく苦しくなる…
なんとかウォーターエイドへ。

【粟倉〜富士宮】
魔の送電線へ。
ところがその入り口でプチ渋滞…
その後は流れで走る。
富士宮エイドには焼きそばがなくテンションダウン…
エイドの先でシャツを着替える。

【富士宮〜麓】
さあ、ここから天子山塊へ。
6年前はここはぶち抜き12時間歩いたのを思い出す…
昔エイドだった西富士宮中学校を通り過ぎる。
懐かし〜
さあ、まず最初は天子ケ岳へ！
ところが足がやばい…
登り始めて間もなく左足太ももがピクピク。
このまま無理して動くと攣りそうなので、けえこさんには悪いと思いつつところどころで休む。
結局この状態は熊森山まで続く…
その後は長いロードの下りを経て麓へ？
この時けえこさんが眠い眠いと言い始める…
ただ麓のエイドに入ると地引ファミリーと小林パパが元気に出迎えてくれてテンションアップ。
カップラーメン二杯をむさぼり食べてスタート。

【麓〜本栖湖】
スタートしたもののけえこさんのペースが上がらない…
眠いのか話しかけ、歌いながら進む。
ここでヘッデンがピンチになり慌てて予備バッテリー交換。
しかしこの予備バッテリーがうまく作動しない…
ハンディのみで進む。
ちょうどこの頃、廣瀬さんに会い話しながら進む。
あまり覚えてないのですが、この辺りで右足首をひねってしまう、これがのちのち大変な事に。
ただ足の運びは竜ケ岳の登りもサクサク登る。
本栖湖のエイドは居心地があまりよくなくすぐにスタート。

【本栖湖〜精進湖民宿村】
ダラダラ登りを流れに乗り淡々と進む。
眠さはなかったものの何だか体の調子が悪い。
ジェルを食べた瞬間マーライオン。
持っていたカッパえびせんを試す。
うまい！
むさぼり食べる。
中之倉峠、パノラマ台にて美しい富士山を見て癒される。
樹海を通りエイドへ。

【精進湖民宿村〜勝山】
少し樹海を通りロードへ。
ここで若葉台ホグレルスタッフの三奈さんに会い元気をもらう。
今回からコース上での自動販売機、店舗での利用が可能。
鳴沢風穴手前のお店でソフトクリームを食べて元気倍増。
紅葉台、五湖台を予定通りパスしていざ勝山へ。
しかしこの勝山エイドが遠い…
エイド手前でボグレル仲間の筑紫夫妻に会いまたまた元気をもらう。

【勝山〜忍野】
今回から新しくなったコース。
前日偶然会ったエルブさんにきついコースと言われていたので心して臨む。
浅間神社手前のファミリーマートでまたアイスを食べ元気注入。
その後STYを完走したホグレルスタッフのともくんに会う。
サプライズの応援はとてもとても嬉しい！
その後は見たことあるロードを抜けて謎の別荘地を抜けてトレイルへ。
この先はあまり記憶なく、流れに沿い忍野に到着。

【忍野〜山中湖きらら】
ここから二晩目突入。
川沿いの道、田んぼ沿いの道を抜けてトレイルへ。
ここはけえこさんが眠さと戦っていたので引っ張って進む。
石割山の登りがかなりテクニカルでしたが、なんなく進みきららに到着。
ここで矢崎さんがサプライズで登場。
差し入れを頂きこれまたパワー注入。
エイドを出る前には六花先生の屈伸運動テストを受けてエイドを出る。

【山中湖きらら〜二十曲峠】
ここからはまた新しいコース。
正直このコースをなめてました。
明神山までは難なく行きましたがその先の峠（切通峠、山伏峠）の位置や距離をあまり把握しておらず。
石割山に着けば二十曲峠がすぐなのはわかっていたのですが、その石割山がなかなか現れない…
時計を見ると関門まで1時間。
ここでやっと分岐にたどり着き、焦りまくりながら関門45分前にエイドに到着。

【二十曲峠〜富士吉田】
ここからNHKのカメラマンに会い撮影する事を伝えられる。
よしっと気合いは入ったものの、果たして完走出来るのか不安になる。
夜が明けて朝になったものの、一睡もしてないので睡魔が襲ってる。
何回も白いお城を見て（いわゆる幻覚）妙な興奮状態になる。
杓子山を越えたあたりからなんとなく完走を確信してエイドに到着。

【富士吉田〜大池公園】
エイドで亜門さん、野中くん、突貫さんから喝をいれてもらい、いざ霜山へ。
ゆっくり歩いても大丈夫だと思っていたのでゆっくり登り始める。
ところがこの時間帯の暑さが半端なく寝不足もあり全く体が動かなくなる。
ああ、ハンガーノック…
なんとか山頂分岐にたどり着き、その後はゆっくりとゴールしました。

山中湖きららあたりから右足首の動きが悪く、ゴール後にシューズを脱ぐと右足が地面につけられない。
いわゆる捻挫です。
胃の中もなんだかいつもと違う感じ。
これが味覚障害？
像の足みたいに腫れた足は今は多少はましになりましたが、まだ自分の足ではないみたいです。

100マイル走ったのですから当たり前ですね！がいいです！
この達成感こそ100マイルですね。

来年も出たいと思いますがUTMB、ウルトラトレイルモンブランにもチャレンジしてみたいです！
