叡山電鉄に乗ってやってきたのは修学院駅。
１両の電車はNEW GAME!一色でしたが、よく駅を見てみると 色んなアニメのポスターが並んでいる。なんだか節操無いなぁ
きらら坂なる所から比叡山を登ろうと思い、やってきました。
テニスウェアを着てくれば良いもののどうしてか私服で来てしまう自分。
この前のサイクリングで大原へ向かった帰りに比叡山の近くを通ったので、今日はここに行こうとふらっと軽い気持ちでやってきたのです。
そしたら登って１０分ぐらいでこんな道。
自分の中では山と言えば大山、何度も登ったせいで大山がスタンダード。
しかしどう見ても大山より難易度が高いぞこれ。
何となく行ってみようかなと思っただけでやはり下調べしていないので、比叡山と言えば延暦寺、じゃあ有名だろうという印象とは裏腹に登山ルートが何だかとても試されている気分。
写真はきらら坂城跡、らしいが看板以外に説明らしい説明が無い。
た、試されている・・・？
ベンチ？があった。
ちなみに奥の木は橋渡しになっているのではなく折れて倒れている。
入り口から続く急な山道を登り続けてようやく平坦な道が見える。
しかしこの山、よくも昔の武将は焼き討ちしようだなんて企みが出てくるものだ。
攻め入る前に疲れ果てるでしょこれ・・・と思いながら後で調べていると、比叡山の焼き討ちが３回もあったという事を知って唖然。
景色が開けた場所に着く。
ここで中腹あたりかなと思ったがケーブルカーの駅も見えないしまだまだ全然先らしい。
軽いリフレッシュのつもりで来たのにまるで修行のようになってきた。
でも大きさでは大山が1252mなのに対し比叡山の方が848mで低いらしい。信じられない・・・。
何だか色々フィジカル強化された気分です。
