昨日は草大会。
今までのプレー見返すと大体ラリーは３球以内に終わっている。
僕はボールを繋げる事ができない。
バックが良いと褒められる事はあっても３発打てば必ずミスっている。
チャンスを待つ事ができない。
自分がミスるのが怖いから、相手に打ち込まれるのが怖いから、何も意識してないと常に先手必勝脳筋戦法。
なので今回の目標の１つは一切打ち込まずにボールを繋げる事・・・って、前にも同じ事やった気がするなぁ。鳥頭かな？
脳筋パワーに頼らず忍耐と配球でテニスのクオリティを上げるのです。
シコラー作戦は２番目の優先度で、それよりもヤバいと思っているのがファーストとリターンの成功率。
苦手意識は無いのだがファースト入ってないとはよく言われる。
そしてファーストの確率を意識してみると、何だか皆ファーストの確率高い人ばっかのように思える。
全然フォルトしてくれない。
リターンはヤバい。
一発アウトが非常に多い。
速いサーブは苦手。ボールを目で追えないから。
スピンサーブは苦手。曲がるサーブは目で追えないから。
トスの高いサーブは苦手。タイミングがとり辛いから。
極端なスライスサーブは苦手。これもタイミングとり辛い。
なので第一目標はファーストとリターンの精度。
１試合目は寒かったけど６－１、でも相手に攻め込まれまくる。
それって繋げるテニスではなくてだた返してるだけよね。守りのテニスではない。
２試合目は６－４。相手が自分より若い子だったから闘争心出まくるよね。バコりたい気持ちとの間で揺らぐ。
ここまで上手くいっているとは言えない繋げるテニス。
３試合目はシコラー、繋げるテニスを試すには丁度良い相手。
シコラーというテニスは決してただ返してるだけのテニスではない、相手にチャンスを敢て与え、それを堪えるという度胸と忍耐が試される。
そういう相手に長年苦汁を飲まされてきたが去年からようやくそういう相手に勝てるようになってきた。
全てを耐える相手に対し全て打ち込みまくる。やっぱり脳筋だよ！！ホント疲れたよアレは。
ともかくその戦法でようやくゴリ押し克服できたかと思いきや、今年はどうもコツを忘れてしまったらしい。
やたらとシコラーに当たったが散々な結果だった。
最近は我慢ができない、集中力が続かない。
何だかんだで今年は今までより沢山勝てるようになって、最初の方は草大会で初めて優勝もできたんだけど、結局優勝はそれっきりだった。
そんなんだからこの日の大会はちょっと欲張り。
予選２勝で迎えた３戦目は全く粘れず３－６。
結局自分から攻めて自滅しちゃったよ。
作戦も優勝もオジャンで台無しですよんもぅ。
で、優勝は一緒に参加していて別の予選リーグだった先輩が頂いていた事に帰ってから知る。
試合の合間に調子悪いとか試合慣れしないとなとかって話をしていて、そう言えばどれくらい勝ってるかは聞いていなかったけど何時の間に・・・。
昨日最大の失敗はコレ。
先輩との頂上決戦をみすみすと逃してしまうとは・・・とんでもない大失態だ。
ボール打ち返すだけの状態に違和感あったならひとまず切り上げて勝ちに拘りに行くべきだったのだ。
ろくなプレーできず負けて結果的に先輩と戦えなかった事、あまりにもよろしくない。
先輩には勝ちたい。勝てるとは思っていない。
先輩に勝つには甘い球は一切排除し、全身全霊攻め続けなければ勝てない。
全力を尽くしても勝てるかどうか分からない。
故に今回の失態はあまりにもデカ過ぎる。
戦績で負けたとかではなく、戦えなかった事が辛い。
