先週の休日。
この前のテニ文の時は凄く盛況だったプールも、９月だからか営業終了しておりました。
まだまだこの暑さだとプール休業って一瞬違和感あるよね。
という事で今回のゴンちゃんレッスンは稲本コーチ回。
スペインドリル・・・それって前後左右に動くアレでしょ？高校生の時にやったよ。
って思ってたけど、スペインを始めとして世界でテニスを学んだいなちん先生によると僕が思っていたスペインドリルは幾つもある内の一つに過ぎないらしい。
知らずにドヤ顔でやっておりました・・・。
クレーさん、バックハンドで後ろに下がって打つ時がケンケンパに見えますね。
ボールの軌道も高く上げられず。
ちょっと慣れなくて難しかったです。
でも下がってしっかり深いボール打つってしないと叩かれちゃうぞこの守りのつもりのバック。
あと俺のフットワーク細かいというかカサカサしてるよね。
大股で軽やかに動きたいなぁって思ってるけど結局こうなってるよいつも。
ちなみにこの日はこんな人数で集まってました。
よこすが休みなのですが明らかに普段のメンバー以上の人数ですね。
何をやるんでしょうか？（白々しい）
動画のレッスン以外でも夕方から夜までぶっ通しでテニスする時もあります。
特に決めていた訳でもなく始まる２ポイント先取のゲーム練習。
こんな感じでこの日は５時間。
僕は午前に朝練と市選抜ダブルス初戦負けの後だったので、実のところ到着時点でヘロヘロというか、しょぼくれてたというか・・・？って、この展開割と多いような・・・？
