この前試打したARMA PRO98、あまりにもゴッツいフレームだからもしや昔のボックスフレームのリバイバルか！？
なんて勢いよく決め付けてたけど、FURIの方に聞いてみたら特にそういう訳ではなさそうで・・・って感じでした、チャンチャン(ぇ
似ているなと思ったウルトラ2は昔リサイクルショップで買って打った事があったもののどっかやっちゃったんですが、部屋からコイツも出てきた。
アドバンテージ01・・・これも高校1年の冬にリサイクルショップで買ってきて、近い内に薄ラケ(EXO3グラファイト)を買う為に先に慣れておこう！って事で使った事がありまして。
同じような撮り方をしてみたけど・・・似てるか？
正面厚は厚いと言えば厚いけど。
そもそもコレはもういつのラケットなのかマジでわからん。
ただ、このめっちゃ草臥れたモノフィラメントで打った記憶だととにかくボールが飛ばず、硬いと言えば硬いけど剛性感でボールを潰せる様子は無く、まるでラケットがついてこなかった・・・。
当時これが初めての薄ラケだったので使えてないって事だと思いますが、硬いけど、剛性感よりかは撓りがあったような・・・
となると、ARMA PROの打球感は言うほど昔のぶ厚いボックスフレームと似てるって訳でもない？
でもウルトラ2は剛性感あったと思う、どっちだ！？笑
で、昔のラケットってみんな正面がぶ厚いボックスだったのかな？なんて思ったのですが、古くからの名器で正面がそんなに厚くないラケットもあるよねぇ・・・
という事でプレステージを調べてみたら上記の動画、へー、妙に薄いと思ったらやっぱり意識して薄くなってたんですね。
で、3種の神器が一つのプロスタッフは、薄い時代は2010年代までずっと正面が厚いまま来ていたようで、これがある意味では昔からのボックスフレームをずーっと守ってきたって事なんでしょうかね。
グラファイトは・・・厚いとかそういう話じゃないですね(笑)
てな訳で旧プロスタッフやARMA PROって、プロゾーン2とかピュアコンとかと比べてもやっぱ正面が太いと思うんで、やっぱ、そういうジャンルのボックスなのかなって。
でも正面厚のある昔のプロスタッフって剛性感があったかと言うと、やっぱり撓りタイプだったような・・・じゃあARMA PROって何だ？？？(堂々巡り)
