スクールで今年初めての大会。
今までは３セット以内によく脚攣ったり力尽きたりしていたので今回色々フル投入。
合計５試合やったのでパワージェルなるもので途中でエネルギー補給。
今回、というか前回の町田ローンの時に既に用意していたけど初戦負けで出番が無いまま、いつの間にか賞味期限っぽいものが今月になっていたので慌てて補給しました。
あと寒くて膝が痛いなと感じたのでファイテンのチタンテープをペタリ。
これも町田ローンの時に引き続き脹脛に脚攣りでペタペタしていましたが、町田ローンの時は初戦負けだったので効果あるかはまだ謎。
膝なり脹脛なりとりあえずペタったけど万能に効くだろうか。

案外ニットの方が硬いアッパーより持ったりするのかな。
テニスの方は試合で感覚戻ってきたけど少し危なくなったらついつい力押し。
積極的に使いたいと思っているネットプレーはミス連発で散々でした。
テクニック面伸ばしていかないと苦しくなるぞ～。
感覚は戻ってきているけれど相変わらずＨＤアスタポリがよく分からない。
もう少し球持ちがある方が試合中に色々試す勇気が出るのだけれど、ちょっとでも欲が出るとチキってプレーの幅狭まっちゃうのが悪いところ。
アスタポリは勝手に弾いて、なんか勝手に良い球が入っていく。強い。
ナチュラルと組ませても単体の時の良さをイマイチ見せてくれない困り者。
反発とスピンはそのままでもう少し粘り気があったら嬉しいけれど、４Ｇ・ラフ・ソフトみたいにバリエーションはまず出ないでしょうしね。
