大会に向けてトアルソンのステンシルを赤で塗ってみたら、なんだか威圧感が増したようで気に入りました。
ステンシルってどんな色にでも合う黒白が普通かと思いきや、ウィルソンとヨネックスみたいに赤色のメーカーって結構多いですね。
ヨネックスは青のポリツアースピンにも赤色のステンシルって組み合わせが何となく前から格好良いなと思ってました。
もっと言うと赤主体のＶコアシリーズに青ガットという妙な組み合わせも好きです。
ストリングメーカーだとテクニも赤いステンシルマーク。
ブリジストンのカタログを見てみるとＢマークは黒でテクニは赤。
トアルソンもラケット用ステンシルは黒色なのにストリング側の色は赤で固定。
黒と赤、統一感が無いように見えて小さな所で自己主張できていてグッドだと思います。
しかし、トアルソンのストリングマークは細く伸ばすのか太めに短く描くのか、見本を探してみてもバラバラのようで、ちょっとその辺りの迷いが自分の塗りに出ちゃってますね(笑)
もうちょっと全体的に太く描き直すか。
最近はステンシル以外にも色々塗っています。
ナチュラルの寿命を延ばすべくガットコンディショナーを練習後に塗っています。
ガチガチ具合が緩和されてくれるので結構活躍していると思います。
そしてTENNIS-ONEさんで販売しているガットライブも入手しちゃいました。
ただ、三種類も塗るって、お互いの効能打ち消し合うじゃないか・・・と思いながら今回はコンディショナー、ステンシルインク、ガットライブの順で塗布。

最後のガットライブは強く塗り過ぎるとやはりステンシルが落ちちゃうみたいだけど許容範囲内。
プロフォーカスと比べるとレンコンはちょっと滑りが悪いですが、コンディショナーとガットライブの二刀流でカバーできたら嬉しいなと思います。
でもこんなに買っていたら安く張れても結局値段が嵩む気が・・・
