現代テニスはボールをアルパワーが叩き潰し、ピュアドライブが反発して創られたパワーの時代・・・
誰しもがポリを張り、ピュアドライブはコートで見ない日など殆ど無い・・・
プロもアマも皆すべからくパワーを求め、コートを飛び交う打球速度はテニスを変えたのだ。

もう張らないと思われていたクラシックガットと、自分の中でかなりの飛びを持つプロフォーカス、とにかくパワーをって事でフェデラー張りです。
先週の大会から調子が快調ですが、こうギアが入ってくるとすぐ(テニス)ギアにケチ付けたくなっちゃいます。
アスタポリ、そこそこ飛んでスピード出る方だとは思うのですがもっとパワーが欲しい。
相手を押し込めるパワー、逃げの守りに入っても攻撃されないパワー、パワーパワーパワー・・・
来週の中村杯までに練習できるのは１回だけなんですけど、つい１本だけ張っちゃいました。
これで初日良ければ二日目の本番も投入、アスタポリ張ってある残り三本そっちのけでいっちゃいます。

自分がプロフォーカス敬遠しているのはテンション維持がいまいちな気がするからなのですが、ボールをよく飛ばしてくれるポリと言えば浮かぶのは彼でした。
肝心のテンション維持は・・・ナチュラルが頑張って誤魔化してくれたらいいな。
フェデ張りのハイブリッドも組み合わせ次第で縦横の撓みの不一致みたいな事が起きてミスヒットが増えるのがたまにあったから最近はポリ単体でしたが、プロフォーカスなら結構柔らかいし大丈夫そうかもと期待を込める。
パシフィックのクラシックガットはようやく初使用、タフやプライムと比べるとグレードが低いのが不安だけどせっかく買いましたし。
色はタフガット程では無いにしろ良い感じに黄色がかったカラー。
しかし触った感触はタフガットよりプライムガット気味。
と言うよりパシフィックのナチュラル三つの中でタフガットだけ厚みを感じる。
やっぱ張るなら・・・いや使うならタフガットの方が自分は好みかな。
まだ打っていないけど、手触り的にはタフのようなモッチリ感ではなくあっさりしたタイプかもと予想。
プロフォーカスはＨＤアスタポリより感触が軽かったと思うのでメインのナチュラルにはモッチリ感が欲しいところ。
でも前回あのパキッとしていそうなクリップのレジェンドと組ませた時の日記だとホールド感が増していると書いていたからいけそうかな？
