先週の大会が散々だったので今週も草大会を入れちゃいました。
最近は試合で打てなくて自滅って場面が少なくなり、打って自滅ケースが多くなってきたのですが、昔からの弱点の克服には未だ至っていない様子。

全力で身構えてもリラックスしても特に変わらず凡ミスの嵐。
かと思いきや二試合目は突然ボールが入り出し、途中で調子乗ったりして7-6。
三試合目の相手はファースト鋭いわ、ボレーミスらないわ、バックのクロスがエグいわで攻撃の手段が多く巧みな配球に踊らされて4-6。
そこそこ良い調子だったせいで(1勝2敗だけど)、打てなくなる原因、打てる原因を突き止められず。
全くダメでもとにかく耐える事を身に染み込ませないと意味のあるテニスができない。
そして自分の調子の良し悪しの源ぐらいちゃんと把握して、気持ちをコントロールできるようじゃなきゃいかんでしょうと。
ミスの種類はストロークはフォアバック共にバックアウトが多く、浅い球へのアプローチは悉くネット。
高い打点のダウンザライン狙いもバックアウトばっかで決定打が台無し、それに加え今日はアドサイドのオーバーしたダブルフォルトでゲームを何度も落とす。
浅い球、高い打点、ダブルフォルトで被ブレイクってそれ殆どダメですねぇ・・・。
ストリングの方は、継続して使ってみていますが使いこなせていない気がする。
メインナチュラルの恩恵を受けれているかと聞かれると、あまりストロークでは活躍せず、むしろ気を抜くと弾道が上がって変なボールになる事が多数。
抑え込む技術が無いのですね。
ついでに言うとフットワークがぎこちないせいか走らされて返した時にやたらボールが浅い。
これはもうガット云々より技術。
ファーストサーブだけはやたら良かったかもしれないけどサービスゲームあまり取れていないという事はそういう事。
