昨日の試合はアスタポリでプレーしました。
メビウススピードは前回の大会でも結構ちゃんとプレーできたのですが、ボールのキレが少し足りないのと、力が乗り切らない感じがして・・・。
と言ってもアスタポリも弾きが強めでそこまで押し込めるってタイプじゃありませんが本番では結局頼りにしてしまう。
でもスマホアプリのラケットチューンで測ってみると、まずアスタポリの張り上がりは機械52ポンドに対し測定値52.8ポンド。
ラケットチューンは最近ようやくスマホに入れましたが、やはりテンションを随時調べるのはその分ガットを知れるような気がして面白い。
翌日４時間練習後には48.6ポンド、１度目の練習で4ポンドダウン・・・昨日の試合では46ポンド。
まあポリらしい感じですけど、テンション維持だとメビウススピードには太刀打ちできない。
メビウススピードの方は張り上がり54.3ポンドでやや硬めで仕上がり、翌日練習後は2時間使用だけど53.1ポンド、1ポンドぐらいしかダウンせず。
一週間後に練習して測定すると51.4ポンド、張り上げから大体一ヶ月過ぎた現在で49ポンド。
凄く長持ち。練習してもほぼ落ちてない時もあったし。
テンション維持重視と書いてないとはいえ、アスタポリは一週間でどのくらい落ちるのだろうか・・・。
アルバイト時代にテニスコンピューターで測った記憶だとアスタポリは特別テンション維持悪いって訳ではないと思うけど、自分は好きなタイミングで張替えはできるけど、一応は最近のポリだし、もう少し頑張ってくれると・・・。
それにしてもメビウススピードの弾く打球感、表面の光沢感、単張り13.5mの設定、何処となくトアルソンのポリに似ているような・・・？
メイドインジャパンのストリングでトアルソンってどのポリもやたらと弾き系が多くて、ゴーセンのポリは芯はあるけど柔らかいイメージ。(最近のＧ１は硬そう。)
ついでにヨネックスはもっさりとした柔らかさだと思う。
ポリジナモスは一見シンプルであるがそれでも選んでいる選手がいる。
アスタポリもスタンダードと良いながら自分にとって良い戦力、もしかしたら相性良かったりするかも？
