一生涯グラファイター宣言です。
なんて思ってたけど何食わぬ顔でＳマッハ使ってます。
昔はピュアドライブも使ってました。
思い返せば同じラケットを何年も使った記憶が殆どありません。
大学生時代はラケット複数本揃えるお金が無いと思っていたけど実質年１ペースでラケット買い替えてました。揃えろや。
自分の使ってきたラケットを羅列する、一度はやってみたかったので誰も興味無いでしょうけどグダグダと書いていきます。
・小学生時代 モアコントロールＤＢ８５０ ＯＳ(プリンス)
父が買い与えた初めての競技用ラケット。
週１回のスクールに通ってブンブン振り回してました。
高校入ってからも少し使っていましたが、子供って新しいの欲しがるからね・・・。
でも改めて見てみるとビギナー向けとは言い難いフレームの薄さ、殆どノングロメットで、モア構造による強靭なフレーム、何だか最近のテキストリームとかのスピード重視のラケット達に混じっても通用しそうな雰囲気があると思います。
相当昔の記憶になってしまうもののやっぱりラケットはしっかりしていたと思う。
当時の評判は知りませんが、プリンスのモアフレームはあまりにも硬過ぎて敬遠されたと聞きます。
二枚のフレームを合わせて強度を上げるという手法により、フレームに大胆に大きな穴を空けるＯ３が生まれたとの噂ですが、Ｏ３も打球感が嫌って声ばかりですね・・・。
よく張っていたストリングはＡＫプロ１７（ゴーセン）。
グニャっと捉えてからボールが伸びていくのが好きでした。速い球大好きっ子でした。
・高１ Ｋブレード チーム１０４(ウィルソン)
高校生になって買ってもらったラケット。父チョイス。
たった９年前はまだまだオーバーサイズが生き残っていましたが、今となっては競技用のＯＳモデルはブレードぐらいしか見なくなりましたね。
ウィリアムス姉妹が使っているから？それともブレードこそ競技用ＯＳの王者なのか。
高校生なり立てのビギナーをオーバーサイズのパワーで助けてくれるのかと思いきや、スペックをよく見るとストリングパターンは１８×１９、フレームは薄いし正面厚も細いから撓ってボールを持つタイプじゃないですか。
自分が思っていた以上にハード。
翌年には憧れのグラファイトを買う為、１年で交代。
でもこのシリアスなスペック、もし９８インチの方を買っていたらもっとドハマりしてブレード一筋になっていたりしたかも。
この頃のガットはＡＫプロを使い、途中からポリに挑戦。
キルシュバウムのプロラインⅠでデビューし、一発目がネットにも届かなくて唖然とした思い出。
そりゃ１８×２０のポリじゃねぇ・・・。

憧れのグラファイトデビュー。
高１の頃から発売されていたラケット、雑誌の広告を見て惚れる。
でも使う当人の高１終了時の戦績は１勝３敗。
グラファイト使う腕前にはどう見ても達していなかったけどさ、止められないよね憧れは・・・ 
ハードなラケットで自分を鍛えなきゃって思いもあって初めて自分のお小遣いで、自分で選んで購入。
まあ、ブレードも１０４でも十分ハードなスペックでしたけどね。
使い始めは打つボールがどれも勢いがなくて死んでいました。
力を引き出せず弾いて放り出されていくボール達。
実績に対して身の丈に合わないラケットを強情に振り回していってキャプテン時代を頑張りました。
ストリングはプラズマ ヘキストリーム(シグナムプロ)を好んで張っていました。
ストリングとグリップをオレンジ色にしていたので周りからはメロン呼ばわりされていました。
大学入学後は後継機を買った為サブに回るものの、後継機を数ヶ月で折ってメインに復帰。
しかしそのすぐ後に汗ですっぽ抜けて折ってしまいました。

大学でも頑張るぞと奮発して買った後継機。
日本人の好みにチューンしたtype-Jシリーズ、表と裏でデザインが違い、モアコントロールっぽいオシャレ感覚も持ち合わすラケット。
デザインも爽やかで良いのですが、肝心の性能も歴代シリーズの中で一番気に入っています。
前作より柔らかく、しかしスッキリとボールが飛び出す。
打っていて気持ちの良いラケットでしたが、３ヶ月で汗によりすっぽ抜け、ハードコートに叩き付けて割れちゃいました。
メインにアルパワーラフ、クロスにヘキストリームピュアの組み合わせでこの頃は絶好調だったのですが・・・。

サークルの大会を目前にグラファイトを新旧２本とも折ってしまった為、急遽使ったラケット。
以前先輩から借りて打ったＲＤＸ５００の剛性が気に入ったので期待したものの、本番では思ったより鈍く、飛ばず、初戦負け。
ストリングはグラファイト時代から使っていたヘキストリームを、とりあえず本番近いから慣れている物でって事で選択しましたがパワー不足でした。ＭＩＤだもんね・・・。
