海老名で育った海老名っ子の僕や友人達の間ではここはいつまで経ってもダイエーであり、イオンはサティなのである。
ダイエーからショッパーズプラザになったのも最近のようでもう大分前になる話で、ダイエーの文字が完全に消えてもなお僕らは頑なにダイエーと呼び続けた。
呼んでいたのだが、この前ふと見たらあるではないか、ダイエーのマークが。
今までダイエーのマークなんて無かったはずなのに、何時の間に・・・？
この前のプライムタワーと言い、地元の変化に疎くなってしまった。
