ＴＰＰさんへ行ってまいりました。
僕はフィジカルの部分は基本疎かなので凄い刺激。
（これは別の日のですが）
テニスのゴンちゃんで何度も取り上げられているTPPさんのフィジカルトレーニングですが、このシリーズの動画はどれも再生回数低めなのがちょっと気になるところ。
この動画の時は翌日筋肉痛で日常生活テニス問わず足腰が自然に落ちてしまったものですが、今回は割と無事に生き残れたぜ。
この時のレッスンを身体が憶えてくれていたか。 と思いきややっぱり今は太ももにきてる。
上のレベルに付いていく為にもこういうのを習慣付けないと。
上のレベルに対して自分が足りていないのは環境であり、技術であり、身体の使い方であり、テニスに必要な要素の認識だろうと思う。
どれか１つじゃなくて全部足りないのだから取り入れていこう。
ちなみにレッスンが終わると僕はすぐに電車に乗らないとアウト。
１本逃すだけで終電無くなって帰れなくなるのでダッシュで駅へ向かう。
野宿と隣り合わせの終電レース・・・まあ前回は最初からカプセルホテル泊まったんですけど。
家に帰れるのも良いけど、今度はネカフェで一足先に足を伸ばしてみるのもいいかなぁ。
カプセルホテルもそうでしたが、ネカフェで泊まった事も無いんですよね僕。
来月の千葉のＪＯＰはナイターなのでそこでネカフェ泊まり初体験してみようか。ってテニス以外の目的作っちゃうのかい。
