正月明けでいきなりですけど休みを取ったクレー。
そんでツイッター見てたら川上航コーチが練習相手を募集しているではありませんか。
毎週土日の練習ペースを崩すか否か・・・崩します！！
という事で練習させて貰いました。
翔吾さんの動画の編集を担当していて、最近噂の神奈川の強豪サークルSelfishに所属していて、川角杯準優勝の経験まであり、方々で活躍している川上コーチ。
そしてそして、我が母校綾瀬の大後輩である浦川コーチも練習でお世話になっていました。
やっぱガチでやっている人達ってどっかしらで繋がりが出てくるんですねぇ。
自分だとガチ勢と練習やって着いて行けるのか怪しいですが、いやね、練習相手募集って言われたら行っちゃうでしょう。
という事で練習。
浦川がやっていた動画みたいに、ひたすらひたすら球出し。
スクールもサークルも入ってない僕は基本球出しはやんないですね。
一方で川上コーチは自分のやる練習では沢山やるという。
自分がこういうの最後にやったのゴンちゃんレッスンの時かな。
いや、２時間手出し、球出しで、動いて、打って、真ん中に戻って、動いて・・・なんて徹底的にやったのは本当に久しぶり。
最初は腰入って打っていても・・・
動き過ぎて疲れてすぐ省エネ手打ちモードに・・・
最近気になったのですが、自分はフォアをクロスに打てない。
あと差し込まれてばっかで体がすぐ窮屈なリバーススイングに逃げてしまう。
今日の手出しも最初の方は意識してそこそこ上手くいってたかなと思いましたが、疲れるともう体回らず、ラケット振れず、手打ちリバース。
体力の問題だけじゃなく、継続性、一貫性がとにかく足りない。
強い人はそれが備わってる。
という事でそういう練習みっちりやりまして、手出し球出し、シンプルに見えてもシンプルにしんどい練習、体ズタボロになりながらも何とか生き残りました。
ガチで練習せなアカンね・・・。
