昨日は錦織ブームでナイターレッスンの人数少ないのではないかと思ったのですがむしろいつもより来ていました。
日曜の試合に向けてストロークもサーブも安定して入ってそこそこ相手を押せるスピンを意識しながらやってみましたが、まずサーブは壊滅。
いつもストローク８０％台とか９０％台とか本当かよってお世辞ばっかりみたいなセンサーでのサーブ真ん中率は６０％台を達成しました。
フォアハンドストロークの方は最初高く上がってアウト連発で酷かったけど、ふと思い出してインサイドアウト強く意識してやってみたら何だか安定して入るようになった……気がする。
センサーでの評価も、最近フォアのスピン量がずっと低だったのが久々に標準に戻りました。
これを強めのスイングにも合わせたらいい感じになるかな。
しかし本当は高く跳ねる球を打ちたかったのだがそうはならず。
前進できたか微妙だけど今週末はどうやら雨模様なのかな。
救われたような、しかしせっかくの大会が遠のいて歯がゆいような。
試合やってどれだけ自分が打てないのかもっと確認したいと思う。
