以前には時々テニスが嫌いになるとも言っていて、相当心をすり減らして戦っているんだろうなと思いました。
きっとアマチュアには想像できないような次元の中の話で、生で間近で見たとしても、プロのテニスの世界というものはずっと遠いものなのでしょう。
メンタルが課題と言う評価の仕方はよく聞きますが、こんな悲しい姿を見てしまうと、果たしてアマチュアにプロのメンタルを評する事ができるのかとも思ってしまいます。
