日曜日、例によってまたまたゴンちゃんレッスンで根岸テニスガーデンへ。
結局今月は毎週集まってたね。
レッスンは皆が集まりやすいように基本的に１９時スタート。
が、自主練したいとの要望多数により、見ての通り明るい１７時から大体皆集まってしまった。
というかゴンちゃんも既に来てるし。
そして男だらけの集団の中に一人女の子、あやのチャレンジのあやのさんの姿も。
という事で１７時はチームゴンちゃんの面々が隣で練習しつつ、あやのチャレンジの撮影が行われてました。
１９時からはゴンちゃんレッスン。タフよねゴンちゃん。
頭に着けてるのはモズキさんが持ち込んだビデオカメラで、スマホからリアルタイムでゴンちゃん視点の映像が見れるという優れモノ。
これで一流の選手のテニスの視点を体感できてしまうのだ。
特にゴンちゃんが要望したのではなく、モズキさんによって急遽撮影開始。
ゴンちゃんから刺激を受ける一方で、割とこちらからも自由に企画を動かしてる感あるね。
もしかしたら後にゴンちゃん視点の動画上がるかも？
レッスン終了後・・・予定は終了したんだけど、インドアコートに移動。
皆で買ったプロテインを受け取る。
ビーレジェンドのプロテイン。
公式サイトを見てみると仁木選手も愛飲しているらしい。
自分がプロテインを飲むのは大学以来になるな。
トレーニングルームに通ってた頃は必ず飲んでいましたが、一体いつから行かなくなってしまったのか。
ビーレジェンドのプロテインはとにかく味が美味しいらしく、早速飲んだ皆も絶賛していた。
プロテインの味ってマズイマズイ言われてるけど、昔の自分はそんなにマズさは気にならなかったな。
まだビーレジェンド飲んでませんが来週からテニス後に飲むようにしてみます。
まずはどこかへ消えてしまったシェーカーを買い直さなきゃ・・・。
ちなみにビーレジェンドのミルキー味はよこすも大絶賛です。
パッケージもミルキー味だけ特別ミルキーしてますね。

こんな時間でもまだコートに立ってテニス、僕らが帰った後も手出しストロークで練習していてどこまでもテニスに熱心なコーチ。

フォームからしてビシッとした球が来るもんな。勝負ってなったらたまったもんじゃないね。
