大学時代にラケット２本折っちゃいましたが、まだ捨てずに取っておいてます。
凄そうな接着剤探して無理矢理張った事もありましたが即フレームが歪んで水の泡となりました。

一瞬「え？何で？」と思うも、よくよく考えると、他の店からしてみればメーカー保証は無い、折れたら責任持てない、どういうものか分からない。
そもそもラケット修理工房さんを知らない、ラケットを直せる人がいる事を知らない可能性もある。
知らない状態で「折れたラケット修理しました！」なんて言われたら、自分がバイトしてた頃だったら・・・ラケット直せるそのお店をめっちゃ教えて欲しくなっちゃいますよね。

はたして知らないお店で修理したラケットの張替えの許可がもらえるかどうかは不明ですが・・・
そして、バドミントンでは修理したラケットはちゃんとした大会で使用禁止らしい。
テニスにはそこまでのルールは無い、はず・・・けど、こういうルール作られるのかな？
バドミントンの方が床との接触が多く、高いテンションでの使用者も多くて折れたラケットをよく見た記憶があります。

そんな修理ラケットですが自分は家でまあ普通に張って、その後先輩と一緒に普通に打って、全然問題なかったです。
これを使っちゃいけない理由ってのは・・・壊れたラケットは危ないから？
という理由だと、グリップのウレタン再形成したラケットも既製品を一度壊してるっぽい事にならなくもないから、後々禁止令出ちゃったりするのかな？なんちゃって。プロ選手が多く利用してるけど。
こういったラケットのカーボンやウレタンの形成をできるお店って間違いなく少数派だと思うのでまだまだ広まってないかもですが、これが一般的なレベルまで認知されたらはたしてどういう扱いになるのか。
でもこういう方法でのラケットへの手の加え方って夢がありますよねぇ。
なんて言ったって折れたラケットの復活ですもんねぇ。
